      I had Great Expressions (GE) redo a bridge that I had for decades. Before the work started on March 25 I paid GE $1,460.50 and on April 14 I paid $885.70. So in total, I paid GE $2,346.20. When GE submitted my claim, they did not code it correctly. They coded it as if they ADDED TWO CROWNS or teeth WHEN THEY WERE ****** THERE! Because of the incorrect coding, my insurance Cigna did not pay anything towards the claim. I had to visit GE on a couple of times to get it straightened out. I then had to talk with ***** to make sure they would pay something. Cigna did pay GE $1,141.20. My responsibility for the work should have been $2,208.80 (of the contracted price that GE had made with *****). But as you can see, I had already paid GE $2,346.20. Therefore, GE owed me that difference of $137.40! On September 15 GE sent me a refund check for $85. 20 only. I want my full credit of $137.40! GE still owes me $52.20. I want my full refund. I have discussed this matter with *********************. She agrees with me, but says that I MAY GET ANOTHER REFUND LATER!?! I don't know what that means. I have spent so much of my time talking to GE people. I have visited their office on many occasions.

      I scheduled an appointment for my children with this business and took the day off to take my daughter. I called to confirm and to get the location and was told there was no appointment. I informed the lady that I received a confirmation email with the appointment time and details and she told me it did not matter and treated me like a liar and a fool. How is it that I scheduled for both my children but she claimed to only have one appointment in the system? Where did all my son's personal info go? I have proof of both appointment confirmations. This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. She was not helpful and my day/time was waisted. I am livid.
