Over the past year and a half, I have been subjected to poor clinical recommendations, painful devices, and a complete lack of follow-through or accountability from both the treating provider (Dr. ****** and the clinics staff. After discussing options for my TMJ symptoms with Dr. ****** she recommended switching from my Vivera retains to an NTI device. The first did not fit (made for lowers and was too loose) and had to be remade. The second, worn on my upper teeth, caused spacing between my front teeth over time, ultimately damaging previous orthodontic work. I reported this to Dr. ***** earlier this year, who then recommended an occlusal guard. That guard cracked within a month of use.I paid approximately $500 out of pocket for this device, as insurance would not cover it. I returned to the office and asked for a refund. Instead, Dr. ***** insisted on using the lab warranty to remake the device, this time as a hard-hard occlusal guard. After delays, miscommunication, and being asked to return a device I had been previously told I could keep, I received the new night guard which was so tight and painful I could barely remove it and experienced significant discomfort after one night. When I called again asked for a refund, I was given inconsistent answers. The front office repeatedly promised call-backs from management or corporate, none of which occurred despite my follow-up calls. At one point, I was told Dr. ***** questioned whether the original device even came from their office despite her being the one who prescribed it.This situation has caused me financial loss (approximately $600 across all devices), physical pain, emotional distress, and irreversible changes to my dental alignment. To date, I have received no refund, no accommodation, and no direct communication from management or corporate despite multiple written and verbal requests.

****** would like to file a complaint about Great Expression dental. in Port St Lucie and Jenson Beach offices and ***** .I started out in PSL OFFICE to have my Right molar tooth extracted. in March of 2025. the dentist was unable to remove it he tried and broke the tooth. now I was given an appointment n Jenson beach office. I decided to go there and confirm the appointment. at this time I was told surgeon does not work on the day so another appointment was made. In April went to have my tooth extracted. everything was good. but the dentist explained better to get an implant. in that spot. I went home talked it over with my wife. and decided to have it done. May 2025. bone graft done. healing well. Dr Rosenfeld. wanted a CT Scan. in home. was done for 300. dollars. called 2 weeks later he had not looked at it so he would look at it and get back to me. an appointment was made for June 24'2025 when I went to the appointment. the implant was not their. Was it never ordered. or was it just taking long. no one called not to show up for my appointment. so I made a trip for nothing. Before the confusion I was happy with the office and staff. I hope this complaint helps to better facilitate with staff and Patient communication. thank you. ******

My wife was getting treated by this dental office that gave us an estimate that later the bill came with $400 more. Same codes just different charges. I noticed the discrepancy and when asked to explain the difference they got very rude and the only thing the office manager said to me was "that is a true charge", additionally I asked to talk with the billing department and she told me that I can't contact them. This is the third time I have to request for them to explain charges completely different in amount to the ones in the estimate.

I schedule an appointment for a routine cleaning. My previous dental office no longer accepts my insurance, so I had to book my appointment as a new client at Great Expressions. When I went in, the front office team greeted me and were kind. My name was called and I entered the back escorted by a friendly young lady that informed me that I had to be evaluated before the cleaning. I understood and agreed. I didn't anticipate any issues since I visit the dentist twice a year and take very good care of my teeth. After the doctor came in, my teeth were checked and stated, Everything looks good. Ten minutes later the hygienist with blond hair and blue eyes entered and told me that she needed to check my teeth before she could start. Her evaluation determined that I needed $181 worth of extras plus a power cleaning. (I couldnt just get a regular cleaning.) I told her that I just booked an appointment for a regular cleaning and that I didn't need all of the other items that she was trying to sell. Her entire attitude changed after I told her I would NOT sign the paper with the list of charges. She stated that I would not be agreeing to the services, but it would only show that she TOLD me about the services.Again, I stated that I did not book an appointment for all of this and I just wanted my teeth clean. She stated that Im sorry but we dont have time for that today. The doctor leaves at 4:30 and there isnt enough time. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. So, I stated, So, what I am hearing is that I booked an appointment for a cleaning, and I cant get the cleaning because you dont have time? She stated, Thats correct. She also stated, I dont know what they told you at Dental One, but thats not how we do it here. My Appointment was at 3:00. I left Greater Expressions at 4:12 without my cleaning. If you are looking for great service without the hassle or pressure to purchase, choose another dental office. Their service definitely comes with a cost.

I highly recommend Dr ******* from Great Expressions *********************. He's a gifted, oral surgeon and I have been going to that office since 2007.I find the entire office to be well managed. Whatever the dental problem could be, it would be a great decision to put yourself in their hands..***** *******

Great Expressions Dental Center in *************, **. Extremely Unprofessional and Disturbing Experience I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this dental office, which was absolutely appalling. No patient deserves to be treated like I was, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others. From the start, the dentist (***** ******) displayed an alarming level of unprofessionalism. She was rude, condescending, and disrespectful, making me uncomfortable. There were several hygiene issues as wellon multiple occasions, she would leave me to attend to other patients, not wash her hands, and return to treat me without any attempt to maintain proper sanitary ************ visit was for a tooth extraction and preparation for a dental crown. Unfortunately, the experience was painful and distressing due to her poor treatment. She did not allow the numbing agent to take effect before injecting a sharp needle into my gum for pain medication. The result was unnecessary pain, as she rushed through the procedure without allowing the anesthetic to numb the area fully. Additionally, she was very rough when handling my mouth, moving my head aggressively without care. Even when I asked her to ease up, she ignored my discomfort. What made the experience even worse was her failure to explain the procedure or provide any pre-op or post-op instructions. As a healthcare provider, I understand how crucial these steps are, and it is unacceptable to neglect them. The treatment I received from this dentist was beyond disappointing, and I honestly dont expect anything to come of this review. However, sharing my experience is essential, especially since my children also visit this office. I am now left questioning how she might treat my kids, as I am absent during their appointments (exam room). I cannot think of any reason to justify the behavior I encountered. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to be cautious when considering this office.

Awful. Worse than a car shop. They find everything wrong with you, then refuse service if you dont want their upselling. Horrible front desk staff. They even yelled my dental problems loudly to the whole front lobby, hippa violation? Do not recommend.
