  Esta compaa trata muy mal a sus trabajadores comenzando por la manager ***** *****, tambin la doctora de pediatra ***** Le Bona; y muchas otras que humillan al trabajador inmigrante que honradamente y profesionalmente desempea su trabajo. Soy asistente dental de pediatra, con experiencia, fui dentista en **** y desde el 2010 trabajo como dental assistant Y en el da ****** me despidieron injustamente por discriminacin y puedo compartir con todo las personas que lean este review las pruebas de tal injusticia y discriminacin. La mnager Anglica Dones o como le dicen ***** trata a los trabajadores como si fuesen animales, es un ambiente muy hostil el que se respira en esta oficina; la doctora Lee * ***** Le Bona ) tampoco valora a sus trabajadores. Ambiente muy hostil Y le supliqu a ***** que me diera un transfer pero me dijo que no pues ya no haba oportunidad; por lo cual me cerr all la oportunidad de poder continuar trabajando en lo que ms me gusta hacer pues yo amo trabajar con ******* doctora levant un falso argumento para despedirme, la tenan cogida con mi persona y sin causa; lo que puedo pensar es por ser cristiana pues ese fue el punto de mi primer warnings.YO AMO trabajar con los nios y YA TENIA 4 meses trabajando all, o sea, ya haba pasado los 3 meses de prueba;POR ESO REITERO que INJUSTAMENTE Y SIN MOTIVOS ME HAN DISCRIMINADO y por eso escalo esta injusticia.PUES AL TRABAJADOR SE LE RESPETA!!!

  Unprofessional and unorganized. I was called on numerous occasions because I set an appointment for my children in ******, **. And I had been to Great Expressions before with the same insurance months prior. And we were just trying to verify my kids information. She stated she called Humana and the insurance was not through Humana. Which you new bc once you run the insurance it will tell you exactly who the dental insurance is. Like I stated I had been there before. And I use to work in a dental setting. So baSICaLLYY they told me to come in. Before my appointment I spoke with someone on the phone. But when I arrived they refused to take my children. And the manager had an attitude almost like she was expecting me to come just to tell me to leave (A Setup) So for one youre not going to play with me or my Kids. You told me to come in the day before when you called me at 5:30PM I spoke to you personalLY. My appointment was for 10/02/2024 at 8:30AM. I get there she gets an attitude mind you its like the city of ****** is coming after me and their doing it in a way they think they are able to get a way with it. They are being racist and also stalking me and my children. This is illegal and harassment. This is not 1942. And I will SPEAK UP. There is a higher power always a higher power. Harassment is illegal. So basically they told me verbally to come in then pretended like they didnt acting as if I was delusional or incoherent then when I put her in her place she was very surprised. I live a drama free lifestyle they are trying to make my life as theres miserable and unorderLY.

  Ive been seeing Great Expressions for over 8 years, everything was great until I had an issue with my mouth after receiving my treatment, I informed the ** that I was in the most pain that Ive ever experienced, since Ive had my braces. The ** never suggested that I see my general dentist. I ended up needing a root canal, I no longer wanted to see that ** because of how I was ignored and how it was a joke to him. Ive been trying to get treatment but other Great Expressions Ortho wont take me, but when I call I ask are the taking new patients theyll reply yes, but when I give them my information and explain to them whats going on. They change their mind, as if I have a red flag because, I know longer felt comfortable with that **. no one from customer service has contacted me, Ive called them several times. The only person that reached out was the office manager, with little to no help. The only option I have is to pay them ****** and theyll remove my braces, mind you I have 6 more months of treatment. I do not recommend Great Expressions or Great Expressions Ortho, they have no empathy for their patients. Everything is okay until you have an issue, their not there to help. Its like a cult or something. Ive have never experienced this type of MON style behavior. Its like deal with it, because we really dont care.

  They are the worst. They made my partial and it fits awful. Makes my gums very sore! So after going back 5 times to get the fit better. They finally decided to make a whole new one. After waiting a month they tell me they have no dentist right now and it will be a couple of weeks. This makes no sense. But Im putting in a complaint with Lansing a.s.a.p! Ive never heard of this before. So I hope after I put in my complaint they get invested and hopefully closed down. This makes no sense!!!!! So please think twice before going there. The work is awful! My denture looks like baby teeth!!!!

  TERRIBLE PLACE FOR EMPLOYMENT AND BUSINESS. THE MANAGER IS NASTY AND RUDE. THE EMPLOYEES VIOLATE HIPPA POLICIES. THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING BROKEN. JUST HORRIBLE!

  DO NOT GO HERE. They stole my crown! I came in Thursday, August 15 to get my crown put back on because it had fallen off. The dental assistant took the crown, fit it on my tooth and said she had to make some adjustments. After that the dentist came in and went over my X-rays with me, I was overwhelmed so I left forgetting my crown. I called the next day asking if I could come pick my crown up because I never got it back. They proceed to gaslight me saying I never brought it in!! I reported them to the ************************. I don't want to go back to this office, but it would be nice to get a refund on the 1,000$ crown they stole from me.

  I had a dental surgery done on 08/08/2024 and I paid $225.00 because my insurance was going to cover the rest of the expenses. That what the lady told me. On 08/15/2024, I found out that my insurance rejected the claim because this dental clinic didn't pre authorized the surgery. I called my insurance and was told that this dental clinic just have to do appeal and my insurance cover it. Now, this dental center try to tell have to paid full price by 10/01/2024 and they didn't call my insurance to the appeal. I have been calling for the past three week to get this resolved and when this dental clinic answer, they just put me hold until the phone disconnected. They just keep send bunch of text messages to pay the balance. The staff are very rude when they do answer the phone. This dental clinic just care about profit and not about patients.

  The first time I was there I got a cleaning and waited in the chair for half an hour for the dentist. She was in the other room performing some kind of procedure. She finally came in, looked in my mouth for 30 seconds, and said my teeth looked great and left. That was a year ago. We have been trying to schedule a follow-up since then. In May when we were originally scheduled. they canceled because they didn't have a hygienist. Today we scheduled online and they called and canceled. The woman was rude to my wife and told her that the appointment wasn't real because it wasn't confirmed. Don't waste your time. Zero stars would be too high.
