      Their service was okay, but I asked for my portion of the price and they already had my insurance, and i was told my portion was $65 which I paid. 5 months later I get a **** for over $500 and a nasty email when I questioned them. If I knew it would be that much, I would not have had it done!! They totally mis-represent themselves to their customers and then try to hold everybody but themselves responsible for accountability. Just tell the truth and it would be okay.

      I was overcharged for an extraction and was charged for oral surgery as well. I paid ****** to Great Expressions because that is what I was told it would cost me and was charged there. Later I received documents in the mail from my insurance stating my **** was *****. I have been calling their billing department for almost two weeks with no answer and no call back. I have literally held the phone for hours just waiting on someone to answer. They are overcharging customers. The dentist insisted that I needed these teeth pulled along but the other dentist there said I did not, and he refused to do a cleaning unless is had these teeth pulled. Needless to say I agreed to have one pulled because after he aggravated it, it started hurting. I am never returning there. Call you insurance companying first for billing before paying anything to them. Giving one star because it would not let me leave this comment.

      Been using for 4 yrs only because on my current plan. Have not needed any major work but they now only have enough staff to offer 1 cleaning a year (insurance pays for 2). I developed a toothache and left a few messages in a 2 day span, but nobody ever called back. Contacted insurance company, they also called, but no answer.

      *********, ** location, ************ The dental hygienist informed me I was being over charged x2 of a certain ***** after inspecting my mouth and knowing what was required for a deep cleaning. The office manager refused to adjust the price. She would not even come and speak with me after saying that she would. The hygienist then came and stated that the original price was correct after telling me it was not. So who do I believe? Since this office is operating with no integrity, I chose to leave without having any services rendered. Meanwhile they had charged my Care Credit card and stated that it would *********** to 10 days for the charge to be reversed.Shame on all of you.When we, as a nation, are already living in challenging times, it grieves me to think that some businesses are resorting to over charging clients to make money. WOW!Be very careful, God does not like ugly.I have called Care Credit directly to ensure that the charge will be removed. Dentistry is so unregulated with regard to pricing of services. To be over charged when the price is already high is crazy.Who heard of paying over $1,400 for a cleaning anyway.Moving on.
