      Went into the ****************** location on Friday ( 12/30) Seemed that the hygienist and Dentist ( ************) knew what they were talking about . Mistaken ! I was prescribed antibiotics- to be sent to my pharmacy. Was not sent ! Tried calling the Great expressions hotline . They tried to get the Doctor - no response. Couldnt get any medication for 3 days. This is gross negligence-and should be put up for Peer review . Advice - stay away !!!!

      Do Not GO! My husband went on Dec. 28th due to a back molar hurting and he was starting to swell and was in pain. They said that the tooth was cracked and that the body was fighting an infection that's why it was swollen. They only prescribed a steroid for it ( no antibiotic or pain medicine) and told him that he would need to have it pulled. We went home and waited for the prescriptions, but they did not call it in to the right pharmacy and we did not get it till 9 pm that night. We actually called the emergency after hours and they said that I would get a callback, but they never called My husband started taking the steroid and saw some relief over the next couple of days. by Saturday night my husband was taking ibuprofen every 3 hrs and the swelling started to increase. Sunday morning he woke up and his check was the size of a softball. I called the emergency phone line and they took the information down and said I would receive a call shortly. By 11 am my husband was not getting any relief from the ibuprofen so I took him to urgent care. They said that they could not help him and that he needed to go the *** So we left and arrived a the *** They took him back and had to give him an IV for the infection and pain meds, and a strong steriod to help. So now we have a hospital bill that should have been avoided by prescribing him antibiotics on the inital visit and pain meds.

      Great Expressions Dental Centers - Twincourt ********** office is completely Horrible very poor customer service and no accountability DO NOT GO HERE for your dental needs. I scheduled an appointment for my kids Five Months go for last week the 21 they called to cancel and rescheduled for the ************************************************************************ I schedule this appointment 5 months ago and also put them on the cancellation list. I also called periodically to check if they had any appointments never did. They rescheduled for the follow week the 29. Here it is the 21 they call right before five pm to reschedule. Im at work called right back got voicemail left a voicemail for them. They returned call following day asking they got a vm from me to call. I said yes you guys called to reschedule my kids appointment for next week and this is the second time in four day told them my daughter had a tooth ache and was looking forward to coming in wanted to reschedule for ******* I said maam that would be to late our current insurance will be different next yr and its the holiday time. She said its nothing they can do I said ok thanks however Im not rescheduling just cancel my kids from here period. The thing is if you cant honor your clients appointments and keep rescheduling I know its the holiday day time but show some compassion and if not at least accountability! So here it is my daughter is crying for the second time about her dentist appointment! My husband gets upset and calls the dentist office a couple time voicing his frustrations With profanity and told them how would you feel if it was Your kids maam. They have a total disregard for their clients and if they cant even up hold there appointment what are they even in Business for! Therefore Do Not go here. Total disregard for client or customer service and no remorse or accountability!

      I was initially seen in 5/22. I had exrays, consultation, and impressions taken for temporary dentures. I was charged $1000. ***************** the oral surgeon at Great Expressions advised me I wouldn't want my teeth pulled without being sedated. I would need to go to his office for that. I saw him only to find out he doesn't take my insurance. I couldn't afford the out of pocket quote he gave me. I contacted Great Expressions and was advised a new oral surgeon *********** replaced *****************. I went for the consult, received a surgical plan and was assured a pre-authorization would be filed. I had broken my tooth the day before. I asked *********** to pull it. I was advised they were to busy to take care of it. The next day I contacted Great Expressions because I was in pain. The pre-authorization never got filed because "we thought you were going to a different office for services". ****** from ******* Services called me. She began reciting information from the original claim form which never was filed. All the information from the form was incorrect. ******, originally contacted me for my insurance card. Some how ****** pulled up my spouse's account. Which has nothing to do with my issues. ****** attached the ledger of my spouse's appointment to my email, I realized she was clueless. I requested to have a supervisor contact me. I didn't receive a call. I called back and was transferred to a manager, ****. I left a message. Then get an email asking to put my complaint in writing. The office manager said my insurance was never filed for any visits. That statement was retracted. Because Delta Dental paid for my office visit. I was told my claim wouldn't be filed correctly because it was already paid by Delta Dental. Which should never have been billed. I'm out $1000 because they never attempted to file a claim to my insurance. It's Dec 1st and my teeth are breaking off at the gums and there still isn't a plan to remove them. But at least I have my temporary dentures. Horrific

      I had a dental app't at Great Expressions in *****, **. They took a full mouth x-rays wanted to do a bridge, crown with post/core, filling and deep scaling. I told them that I just wanted to have a routine cleaning. Assistant insured me I needed a derp scaling because infection can get down in the gums. I do not have periodontal disease!I have normal healthy gums. A pin/core can cause the death of the tooth.The cost was way over $6,000.Tried to tell them my insurance would not cover a crown but scheduled an app't stating they would send in a pre authorization on crown and deep scaling.By the way forgot to tell them I worked for a dentist over 31 yrs and they are ****** people financially and doing unnecessary work!I will not recommend going there and will be canceling the appointments I made!

      Appointment October 24th 11 a.m ******* ******* Great Expressions. While scheduling, i said i wasn't going to pay ANYTHING EXTRA - only my free bi-annual cleaning. Checking in I said the same thing to the receptionist. A dental technician threw a very heavy apron over me - hurting my neck. She started taking X-rays. I said x-rays cost - I wasn't paying ANYTHING - only my free cleaning, She said it would cost nothing. After the x-rays she said a doctor would be in. I repeated AGAIN & AGAIN I did not want to see the doctor. I did not want to PAY ANYTHING. I said this to the doctor.. ** said he knew nothing about insurance. We spoke for two minutes. Next a dental hygienist named Pansy. I said I only wanted my free cleaning NOTHING ELSE.She said everything so far was free, She said see checked my Humana dental insurance benefits.She wrote down a future cleaning schedule totaling $115 copay. I know My Humana dental benefits do not include extra cleaning with copay. This was just another method to generate income..I left without any cleaning. Two days later Humana sent a rejected Dental claim for $303. Great Expressions charged me for services already received from another dentist. D0150 COMPREHENSIVE ORAL EVALUATION -D0210 COMPLETE SERIES OF RADIOGRAPHIC IMAGES If they had checked my insurance benefits, they would know their service wasn't free. If they checked my Humana dental history there was NO NEED for x-rays. I said I had a cleaning in ************* ******* in March 2022. THEY NEVER ASKED ME ANYTHING - just told me everything was no cost I called Great Expressions *******, leaving five messages - no call back. I went to the ******* office speaking to billing. They referred me to the main office in ********. ******* office said they never check the prior Dental history of the patient.I called the ******** twice - waited an hour - left my number - No call back. Humana Dental Services left 3 messages. No call back. I AM NOT PAYING THEM

      On 10/31/2022, I had a appointment to have my teeth cleaned at Great Expression located on **************************************************************. Once arriving, I was taken to a room and the tech told me my bill for today would be $150+, and it was printed out for me to sign. I asked about the free ******* treatment for this visit. She stated it wasn't needed. I knew I had a surplus greater than a $150.00 on my account but she never mention it until I got up and walked out. Later I was told over the phone, I had a $200.00 credit on my account. Which was never mention until I walked out. I still haven't been paid the $200.00.

      Fraudulent, uncaring. The most horrible people I have ever dealt with for anything. They lied to me, straight out. Would not even call me back. Should not be allowed to be in business. Totally disgusting! They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to give them 1 for the review to go through.

      I had an appointment scheduled in July 2022, but it was canceled and no one notified me. When I showed up on time, no one apologized for not notifying me. I rescheduled for a few weeks later, and again I showed up only to find out it had been canceled without notification or apology. This shows a lack of basic manners.
