    *******************************, was absolutely wonderful an amazing! She answered all our questions an explained everything perfectly and helped my wife and I so much! She truly is an amazing person and caring an Huron should be proud to have an employee like her.     Where do I start? It all started with a phone call months ago that I wasn't expecting as I just assumed this would be taken care of online however, it turned out to be a very helpful consultation. I not only got the lower payment, but resolved my main problem which was the interest. Thank you ****** for taking the time to help me and get me on the path to being debt free. I trusted you then and am seeing the results you discussed during our call!

I was facing the problem of understanding the *** Portal and HURON Client Account Portal. In today's customer service she was friendly, timely and proactive in ensuring my questions & concerns were answered. She also advised me how to read and comprehend both portals.
