    ***,She was awesome she went over my account in detail. Helped with some minor account number issues. Removed an account that wasnt supposed to be on the settlement. Very nice and respectful. Very satisfied with her attention to detail.

    I just wanted to take time to write and say THANK YOU to ****************** for always assisting and being so responsive during my Tier 1 process. This can be a really scary process if there is a communication breakdown, but she always went above and beyond on every negotiation with the creditors, and her communication with me was stellar. I know people don't typically take time to say thank you...but I felt she deserved it! I hope these tier 2 folks can follow in her footsteps!

    I recently ended my relationship with Huron Law Group. I had been with them about a year. In that time one account was settled. I know these things take time but when I looked into the ins and outs of payments only 1/3 of all the money they got went to creditors. I knew there was monthly service fees but then it's settlement review fees (why I make that decision what are you reviewing), retainer fees and a ridiculous number of them. How are you helping me by taking 2/3 of what I put in into this process? I understand there are costs involved but it isn't helpful when you take hundreds of dollars in fees to make a settlement payment of $25 to a creditor. I can do that for free. If I could give negative stars I would. This is the biggest rip off ever and I am so glad I ended it when I did. Check your account statements people and see how much they are collecting in fees VS what is going toward your debit.

    I have been working with ******** and she is amazing. I have only been in the program for a few months and received a summons. I was being sued. Within a few days everything had been settled and she walked me through every step and keeping me updated. I had been with other debt settlement companies in the past, but never received service like this. Keep up the great work!!
