      Swank offers amazing clothing at an incredible value! The customer service was amazing, Express shipping was standard, and the clothing was of great quality.

      Horrible customer service. I purchased an outfit via Shop, Order # ******. The item is very small. The same day I received the order, I sent an email to Swank A Posh to return the item. I have now sent two emails and not a single response. Given that the company's return policy is only 14 days, including shipping, this dead silence will compell me to be stuck with an item that does not fit. I paid a total of $83 for this outfit, which is a.significant amount od money. I need help.

      I ordered 2 items, 3rd came free. Did not reflect in my total. Emailed customer service the NEXT DAY. They replied after the items were shipped to tell me there's nothing they can do. Absolutely no resolution. $150 for 3 things, 1 I don't even want. Fraudulent business practices. I will not order from here again period. I'll pay $80 for jeans from Nordstrom instead. A store credit wasn't even offered. Their return policy *****. Yeah spend ur money wisely elsewhere.

      I ordered the faja body shaper with the bra in size 2x because that size matched my measurements according to the size chart on that item. I read that it was a final sale but I trusted the size chart. When I received the item it looked like a size 6!! I could barely get my legs in it and there was no chance of it fitting the rest of my body! I wasted $72 on an item that is falsely advertised!! I will say that the quality appeared to be good, so if it had fit, I could tell I would have been beyond pleased. I sent an email to the company asking about the incorrect sizing chart and suggested they correct it to avoid misleading more people, but all I got was a reply saying they were sorry I wasnt happy with my purchase. In other words, we got your money, now leave us alone! Do not waste your money on this item if you are a plus size woman because the size chart is misleading!!! IT WONT FIT!!!

      This company is bad to do business with. Not only do they violate employment laws but they hire people from other countries like sweatshops and do not pay their workers.

      I didn't have any issues with a past order so I decided to trust that my recent order would be delivered in a timely fashion. I figured, if there are actual "** stores" and physical locations, why wouldn't my order be processed immediately? The merch is likely onsite. Well, think again. My event is three days away and my current order remains "unfulfilled" per the ** site. I've contacted customer service twice via email AND called the number to no avail. The number was nothing more than a recording and the response from customer service has been a bunch of meaningless apologies. asked for a refund and while I realize they have a stricter than usual refund policy, at least offer an additional discount or complementary free shipping for my inconvenience. At this point, I've had to spend more money then anticipated to ensure I have attire for my event because I did not/have not received my order which was placed on Jan. 5th!. Listen, the clothes are really nice and I don't have any issues with their fabric or stitching quality. But, Swank Posh, tighten up on shipping, packaging, and timely deliveries. Totally unacceptable especially knowing you all have multiple stores. This appears to be nothing more than lasse faire staff or lack of staff to fulfill the multitude of orders. As a business woman, Ms. ***** Swank, you may have to pay yourself less and hire more staff...JS.

      Please do not shop with this company just go to Fashion Nova a company who knows how to treat their consumer. Process returns in a timely manner. Process orders and ship in a timely manner who value their consumers. Because swank a posh is totally opposite l. My order was process and deliver in a timely manner. Everything I received was too big so I had to return it. I return the items of a total of $300.00 plus within two days they received it on 12/23. It took them until 1/4 to process a return when their website says 5 days to process return I took in consideration of the holiday. I process my order the same day I hit my credit today is 1/10 still no order I placed my initial order on 12/19. Its ridiculous please dont waste your time and hard earn money on businesses like swank a posh that value their consumers.

      Swankaposh they need to do something with this company because they are stealing from customers and they do not need to be advertised in no form or way or fashion. If you exchange something that was to small you got to pay 3 times for shipping and handling and the customer service in no help, so you are paying $90 dollars for 2 pairs of pants that ain't even name brand pants and the is ridiculous. I think someone needs to investigate on this company

      I placed my order on 11/27 and I received and email informing me that my order has been shipped on 11/30. The ***** tracking number gave a delivery date of 12/5 but that date came and went. ***** said they never received the shipment. I contacted Swank-a posh via email and I got no response, I also called their customer service number and got no answer. So I waited and called again and sent another email. I finally got thru on the phone and I received an email. They assured me that this isnt how they do business. A manager even called me and apologized and 2 day shipped my order. I received the order today and they sent the wrong item! I called back and now they said someone will contact me in 24/48 business hours and I have to send the item back before they ship my correct item. I placed this order for an event Im going to on 12/22, today is 12/16 and its a Friday so I wont hear from anyone until at least 12/21! This is so unprofessional!! I ordered 1 thing! I have to keep waiting on phone calls and emails as if I did something wrong! I will never ever order anything from this place again!!!!!
