  Clothing is not the quality advertised nor is the sizing as advertised. The clothing arrives with no invoice or receipt. I can only get a store credit for clothing that doesnt work for me. Plus, I have to pay shipping to return it! $70 ($55 plus tax and original shipping) just wasted.

  Worst Christmas experience ever ! My husband shopped for me at this store this Christmas every item was final sale. I can only exchange it for the same item different size so if I did not like it Im stuck with it just because they were having a 20% off sale. I dont know about you but I love shopping a good Christmas time, no item was on clearance sale and it was not refundable. I did not want any money back. I just wanted to exchange it for things that I liked. He spent $900.Second of all the pictures on their website of their clothes do not seem to be the same quality !I would never shop here again or recommend this store!! It hurts me to have to write a review like this on a black business . I am stuck with $900 worth of their merchandise that I cant do anything with.All I wanted to do was exchange it within her five day limit. No accommodations whatsoever were made with this being a gift, and she seemed not to care bad for business.

  DO NOT purchase anything from this very over priced company. I ordered a pair of pants they were $70 instead of giving me my money back when I returned them they gave a store credit. I placed an order with the credit and $140 more of items. I never received ANYTHING. When I reached out to the company to assist the only thing they did was say I received it and accused me of having the order. I received nothing from them at all. Not one item and I reached out immediately. This company is awful and you should never order from them. Another thing is their clothes are way over priced and the models are fake. The whole unprofessional company is a scam. They should be shut down. AWFUL!

  This business need to be shut down. The clothes are majority made of spandex and polyester so the original prices are ridiculous. I placed an order during their black friday sale of over $200. their tik tok live where people try on the clothes for you is a lie. they're constantly telling you to size down. the **** and thighs might fit, but the waist is for the BBL girls. Trying to return the clothes is a nightmare. after paying for shipping, they want you to pay to ship It back and according to their email its not guaranteed to be refunded. they might give you a gift card.

  I have a pair of distressed layered *********************** that Everytime I go out get between **** compliments. If they made them in every color I'd wear them everyday. And I tell everyone about the site. I love the style and the creative couture.

  Im being charged $66.11 for a purchase I never received. On July 18,2023 I made a purchase from Swank through a third party. Swank a Posh said that the purchase will take 3 days to process not including weekends. On July 20, 2023 I received a email from Swank that my package was out for delivery by Fed Ex. I live in a ******** building. I was not aware prior to July 20,2023 my package was shipped or anything just straight out for delivery on the day expected to be delivered. I watched and looked out for my package and waited to see ***** but no one ever showed, left a notice or even ring a doorbell. On August 3 I get a email from Swank stating that my package was returned back to the merchant because of my address and if I wanted the items it would be an additional $11.99 to receive and if I didnt itll be a 20% restocking fee. Prior to my purchase I never seen this information before I completed my transaction and now Im being extorted. Swank said that I had 48 hours to respond to the message which was coming into the weekend. I tells Swank I want a refund and to send it back to my original pay method as I sent it to them. Swank said my original refund went from $66.11 to now approximately $42 and I will not be getting a refund, I will be getting a gift card. I never received a gift card and ** being billed from a third party for $66.11 for something I never received. This Company uses different platforms to extort people out of their money. Dont buy from them.

  Hello, The customer placed an order with our company via a social media platform. At the time of order entry the customer added the incorrect shipping address which resulted in ***** not being able to deliver the package. As part of the Swank A Posh return to sender policy it is the customers responsibility to pay a reshipping fee if the incorrect shipping address is added to the order. If the fee is not paid within 72 hours not including the weekend the inventory is returned to stock and a Gift Card is issued minus a 20% restocking fee.

  I bought a bodysuit from this company. The sizing I bought was for a person who wears a DD size bra. When I received the product the cup size was that of a B size cup. When I contacted the company they told me the cup wasn't meant to be full coverage. This was never indicated in the item's description. I was told I'd be contacted by a manager about this and I have yet to hear from anyone. These are very poor business practices.

  Reading the reviews on the stretched color jeans about how much stretch they have is not true these jeans barely had any stretch. I got them on but couldn't zip and I also bought a bodysuit with the pants which is a medium the size I normally wear. I got it on but could barely get it off. I spent $60 dollars for in total. Well I can return the jeans but not the bodysuit. But the catch is you have to pay to have your items sent back with store credit only. I spent $14 on the jeans but will get $11 store credit and it cost me $9.95 through **** the cheapest way to send them back. For me it's not worth buying anything from this company because if they stood by their products customers would not have to pay for returns. First time shopping here and my last so consumer's be careful.

  I was told that I couldn't return an undergarment which I never wore because I couldn't fit it. I spent well over $86 total to be told there was nothing this company could do for me. Basically they have taken my money. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF

  Do not buy from swank a posh they sent me a dirty item and I have sent several emails/calls and no one has reached out to me with any resolution whatsoever and my even is next Friday!
