    ***** arrived when he said he would. He was very respectful and very informative. We were very pleased with the service he provided. He is a good example of the great service we have come to expect from ***'s over the many years we have used ***'s to service our furnace.

    ****** was very professional and courteous! He was very knowledgeable about our furnace and explained the problem thoroughly and fixed it quickly. Saved us money since he was at another customer's residence close by and knew we were waiting for an after hours service call and came right over to avoid the extra service charge! Hard worker and it shows!! He deserves a raise!!!

    All in all it was a wonderful experience.. however because he was here on the job for about 15 minutes, I believe the overall cost was too high. I understand the after normal hours rate. But the part is not expensive and the time it took was minimal. In addition I specifically asked for a email receipt which I still have yet to receive!
