    We were rescheduled for a week earlier than our first appointment. Came the day of our appointment and my husband in the pouring rain had to drain our outside furnace of 200 gallons of water. We were about to drain our hot water tank when our salesman called and said that the part wasn't in. So we had to refill the 200 gallon tank to get heat. Talked to several people at team *** and no one seems to care.

    This is the second time **** has been to our home for plumbing work. The first time we were lucky and **** saved us hundreds of dollars with a quick, easy repair. This time we were not so fortunate. We had a leak in a pipe behind our wall that **** expertly found within minutes of his arrival. He worked quickly to solve the problem and he recommended the steps we should take to rectify the damage caused by the leak. **** was friendly, efficient, kind, and helpful. He was personable but professional and I can say without hesitation that he knows exactly what he is doing. ********* is a reputable business and they hire first rate craftsman to do the work properly the first time. I highly recommend *********. Ask for **** when you call.
