From day one, they were transparent, professional, and helpful. I was approved the same day, and their team helped me structure a repayment plan that made sense for my cash flow. I also liked that I could pay early without any penalties. Their app is excellent, and communication was always prompt and polite. It’s the kind of service that earns loyalty.

Refloor is the greatest! The associate ******, he's the one that explained the types of flooring, how much time it would take to install, the cost, warranty, etc. He was very professional, patient and seemed sincere. ****** ********* and ****** were the installers, if you decide to get the flooring you want these guys to do the installing. They too were very professional, determined and adamant about doing a good and thorough job. They didn't do a lot of talking they came to do a job and that's what they did. The whole process was great, if you are considering getting new flooring Refloor is the company you want to contact you won't regret it.Refloor, LLC

We absolutely love our new floors!!! ***** , and ***** were a phenomenal crew!!! I cannot thank Refloor enough for making this entire process so easy!! The crew were on time, courteous, professional and communicated with us all of the details during installation. We a really appreciated ***** calling and checking in on the process to make sure the job was on track and that we were happy. We will happily welcome Refloor back for any future flooring needs! 1 starI will start by saying that all the issues that I brought up to Refloor were remedied but I would NOT recommend Refloor. I had them do my whole house so this was not a cheap job. I had MULTIPLE issues with the flooring not being installed correctly, a leaking toilet due to it being improperly reinstalled, a drain pipe from my washing machine stuck so far into the wall it no longer drained.These took over 2.5 months to be resolved. I was not compensated for time off work for all these corrections to be made and had to FIGHT them for compensation for the washing machine issue ($2000).See ****** review for a full description of all the problems.
