      We had 2 flights of stairs done, which we have wanted to do for a while. Now that weve had it done, why did we wait. The stairs look fantastic. Really very very nice. ******* and son ******* did a nice a job. Thank you. We would highly recommend Refloor.

      Whoa - it sounds like several of us had the same installer! Very, very poor professionalism: always late, never calls when he said he would, SLOW - OMG SO SLOW, and sloppy just to name a few. I mean, the floors looks okay and he's fairly good at laying it, but he was continuously leaving to get things he "ran out of" and would be gone 45 min to an hour, all after showing up after 9:00am and leaving at 4:00pm. My husband pointed out where quarter-round had been spliced in areas that were completely unacceptable and they installer should know better. After 6 days of work (initially telling us it would take two), we are completing it ourselves.I think if Refloor would take the time to teach/train their installers professionalism: what to do inside an home and what not to do - the basics of customer service - ********************** might be okay. Our guy used our toilet paper to wipe up after caulking and then crammed it all in our toilet. I had to stick my hand in and fish it all out: there was so much in there, it would have easily clogged. He used our kitchen sink, without asking, to fill up 5 gallon buckets to clean our driveway when he spilling material on it (there is a hose outside, if he would have asked). THINGS YOU DON'T DO AS A PROFESSIONAL.Unfortunately, his voice was incredibly loud, always asking us to "look at something" and just not what you want in your home. We had his manager come out and speak with us and he was absolutely no help. Instead, we got to hear about the managers work background of managing ******* and ***'s, leaving us lots of questions as to how that experience can put you in charge of flooring installers.Refloor left us with the utmost bad taste in our mouths. This is a company I wouldn't recommend at all. I think I could work with someone and their poor workmanship, but when you pair it with such poor professionalism, you don't have much left.

      Refloor did an awesome job for me and my wife! We had originally gotten 2 quotes from some local shops and their product quality didn't seem anywhere near what refloor had to offer. After working with *** over the phone, they scheduled my install the day I purchased. Installers got the project done in a day and it looks great! Would recommend the Monticello color for anyone.

      Hi **** - We're terribly sorry that your financing did not get approved back in June, your $100 deposit was returned on 6/6 and we have since closed your file. Our General Manager did reach out to you on 8/26 to follow up with your feedback, he had asked to speak to **************** when you picked up and you confirmed your identity, Oddly enough though once he introduced himself you told him that you weren't ****************. If there is something additional that you're unhappy with that caused you to leave a negative review nearly 3 months later, please let us know! Our customers are our number one priority and we'd love to hear your feedback!

      Go w the ********** ** office! I got my dream floors. **** office crushed my two decades dream. ********** office proved they are family owned and back their product. Mr *** Hadjatoni is the best if the best! Got a new floor installed and installed correctly. He goes the extra mile for his customers. ******* in office is so sweet , kind, understanding. Hamzeh the installer did work perfectly. Pays attention to detail. The three of them are true assets to their company. I highly recommend them and Refloor company over the others.

      They came to my house said it was next day flooring I was out of gas for 5 days the one *************** said he would be back to finish the work on 7/5 never showed up this was the 7 day had to drive 30 minutes to use the restroom and eat my toilet was out cause he didnt fix it back right water was linking from the bottom Ruining the wood and they turn off my gas it was out for 5 days. They was suppose to go over everything and make sure I was satisfy still not its been 2 weeks almost and still not satisfy with this service. They said they was coming out 7/20 and they demanded all the money up front before the start of the job. I would never use these people again I would like a refund of $500 for what I went through. ***** mad customer.
