I left a review on my flooring experience with REFLOOR which was a very good one. But I could not have done it on my own.
I had plenty of help being advised by **** at a Refloor headquarters, and **** out on the job managing his installers.
All in all a very safe company to use.

I was not familiar with REFLOOR, but I saw their ad. They guaranteed all work that is done. My main concern, since the work was going to be done in two bathrooms, was about the toilets. I had to cancel work that was going to be done by one vendor, because they wouldn’t remove them. I would have to bring in another vendor just for that. Refloor removed 2 toilets, and put them back. And they also moved appliances in the kitchen including a refrigerator. Everything was put back in working order. Also what is impressive besides the quality of the flooring, is that it is waterproof. Also the actual installers worked straight thru until the job was completed.Refloor, LLC

My husband and I were very happy with the process from beginning (shout out to ****) to end (thanks to ******* and his crew). We have the heaviest bedroom furniture ever but they moved everything with no problem; they even flipped our mattress when we asked because my husband and I were not able to do it ourselves. We did a walk through before installation and one after. Both ******* and our project manager, **** who was in constant communication with me all day, were eager to ensure we were happy with the final product. And we are! They may have been slightly more expensive but the price included ripping up the carpet, padding and tack strips, disposal and moving of the heavy furniture. Other companies wanted to nickel and dime us with all the extras. We met with **** on Monday, 6/9 and was scheduled for install on 6/13. We could have scheduled out further if we wanted. I would definitely recommend Refloor to family and friends.Refloor, LLC

We recently had new floors installed by Refloor and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Our sales rep, *****, was fantastic—he truly listened, explained the product clearly, and really understood what we needed in our flooring. *****, our coordinator, was amazing with communication and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Watty was always available to answer questions and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. When it came time for installation, Jeferson and his team showed up ready to work. They were incredibly professional, and even in the heat, they kept a great attitude and smiles on their faces. I’m absolutely in love with our new floors—thank you, Refloor!Refloor, LLC
