      Hansons came out to replace 11 windows on May 20 2025. My husband was home that day with them. Everything seemed ok until I got home. I noticed right away that there was a hole in one of the screens in our small bathroom window, and there was a gap at the bottom of the window to the outside. We inspected all the windows at this point and noticed that all 3 small windows had a gap. First of all, why wouldn't they check their work before leaving? We called that day to scheduled them to come back. They couldn't get us back in until June 3 2025. So two and 1/2 weeks later....they gave us a window of 12-5.given that business always call before hand to let us know they are on the way, my husband stayed at work waiting for the call, as we live close by, and he didn't have enough PTO time. They did not call us, and just showed up around 2pm. They did not call to ask where we were, and just left. I called to see if they could come back and they were not accommodating . I asked at this point if we could reschedule with an actual time and they refused. I demanded to talk to a customer service manager. The best she could do is put on the ticket to give us a 30 min heads up when they arrive. They could only schedule us on July 2 2025. So over a month later!! they are coming back. I simply stated that it is unfair to ask a person to stay home from work for a 5 hour window again, to fix something that should have been taken care of in the first place. This business is not accommodating for their mistakes and I will never suggest anyone I know to use Hansons for anything. I noticed that on their website they only chose all the 5 star ratings to review, but on every other platform they have 2-3 stars. I really wish I would have taken the time to read the REAL reviews

      My wife and I just met with a Hansons **** ******* to talk about potential siding and gutter project. ****** was extremely nice and professional and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We never felt rushed or pressured and would definitely recommend him and Hansons to those looking to get a quote on a house project.

      My 82 year old mother in law had a roof redone and it looks lousy and leaks. We have contacted both 1800 hansons and the creditor she is paying 16000 to for the lousy job. She had it inspected after it was done and it failed. So essentially if she wants to sell her house she would have to have a roof she is paying 16,000 for replaced. The guys they sent out tore the place up and Noone spoke English enough to really understand the issues.

      This company gets most of its good reviews from an in house competition and high pressure tactics to get reviews before the job even starts. This company also uses cheep contractors to reach there 50-60% off install goal. These cheep contractors use high pressure tactics to get you to sign off on projects before you have seen there finished product. For instance like having all 8 guys on the crew come into the house and surround me and telling me to sign off over the phone before I could even look at there job. When I tried to inspect the windows and point out flaws and problems they started getting upset and aggressive. I wasn't in good health at the time and to get them out of my house I regretfully signed it off as done and planned on having someone else come back out and look at the job. The guy they sent out did make some adjustments to the windows so they would at least lock but he did nothing else to address many other problems and concerns. Fast forward now to this spring about 8 months later now and I'm preparing the siding and trim for new paint and the frame around the windows disintegrated from ****. Turns out they just reused my old rotten window frames to mount the new windows to with no flashing or even caulking where the **** occurred. After 3 weeks of getting my repair request lost, phone calls dropped and no response they finally responded refused to do anything or even come out to look at them. Now I have windows that leak that they won't repair and if I do the repairs myself I will void the window warranty. I am very disappointed in hansons. The windows themselves are actually pretty nice but the leaks around them, the install crew and the companies response and care for the finished product is garbage.

      This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I still have a leaky roof even one year later after grossly over paying for my roof to be redone. I have had to take off work because they require someone in the house while they work outside. I have now scheduled a 4th attempt for the roof to be fixed and I can only reach scheduling people through their phone tree. I cannot have a conversation with anyone knowledgeable about the business or roofing. Not one person has been out to inspect the damage following the original fix. Very unhappy. I currently have 6 buckets and bowls collecting water from a storm that is now hitting 3 weeks after my last complaint about a single leak.

      Had Hanson out about a year ago (2024} Within two weeks the stones from the roof shingles had jammed my downspouts and the water was pouring over the front of my gutters. The city inspector came out and said that Hanson did not install intake vents on the roof. Hanson came out and installed intake vents on the house about a year later. They also took one of these intake vents and put it right in the middle of my roof if this is a professional installation there's a lot to be desired. They keep telling me this is all normal.

      **** and his crew did a great job on my new roof, and cleaned up like he was never here.He asked if I had any questions and answered the ones I did.
