      I bought a dining room table set 350 per chair. Not even a year, legs crumbled and pulled away from screws. Can not use chairs. Spoke to GW, before Christmas 2024, paid for and ordered new legs just to be told they are being shipped from over seas and take up to 10 weeks for delivery. So dissatisfied

      I was able to pull up your account using your email address, generally our estimated time of arrival for parts is 8-12 weeks, this is due to ordering our parts straight from the vendor to ensure the quality of the parts. As well as ensuring that the merchandise returns to its factory standard. As soon as the part arrives, we would contact the customer to schedule the part installation. 

      Upon reviewing your account, we found that these parts are currently unavailable from the manufacturer. As a result, we have processed a full refund to the original card used for the purchase.

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For the inconvenience we would like to offer you a $25 Gardner White gift certificate. To ensure we send it to the correct address, please call our customer service department at ************ to confirm your details. Once confirmed, we will promptly process and send your gift certificate.

      I am so disappointed in Gardner White furniture. I moved my furniture and mistakenly stripped the wood on one of the beds. When I called for service because I purchased an almost 200 dollar warranty the technician came out and said this is not covered. When I purchased the warranty the representative said damages were covered. I feel like this is deceptive selling practices. Damages is damages. I will never buy anything else from Gardner White again. They have lost a longtime customer.

      Gardner White's persistent advertising to my home is a Trigger for me. My loved one has been deceased for 10 yrs and each year after persistently requesting Gardner White to stop sending mail to my home, begging for a sale, in his name, they will NOT stop. I've called them every year to no avail. PLEASE STOP!

      Never buy from this company ever! They lied about everything to do with mattress and adjustable base purchase. Said you have 180 days to exchange if not comfortable-find out they charge 25% to exchange-$625 for me plus a pickup charge. Got an adjustable base. Told me it could be attached to my headboard with kit that wasnt included. Bought the kit-didnt work. Find out the base isnt returnable so now have headboard banging into the wall. Called for appt for someone to come back and try again. Waited all day. Called customer service and they said I didnt have an appt. Said a manager would call me-Im still waiting. They dont take back a base ever because its considered bedding even though its all metal. Gardner White is the most dishonest and terrible company.

      DISHONEST! I recently moved and decided to purchase an entire house of funiture from Gardner White, including extended warranties. 2 months after delivery of furniture, a guest brought flowers as a welcome home gift. I set the vase on the table top and within a few hours the table started warping from the vase sweating. Called ******* White to have them come look at it and they would not cover a new table claiming I ABUSED the table. We will let the courts handle the outcome, however, I would never do business with Gardner White again.

      ZERO stars - HORRIBLE!!! ****** White is so crooked they should be avoided AT ALL COSTS! ****** White not only scammed us with their deceptive "Pledge" which basically does not allow the mattress to be returned without HUGE penalties and NO price delta for a less expensive mattress, but also burned us on the "Lowest Price or its Free" lie. Two weeks after we bought the Tempur-Pedic Lux Breeze Hybrid mattress, the price dropped by $500. ****** White would not even honor their own price reductions for the Tempur-Pedic mattress or anyone else's, which everyone else would honor. And then to make matters worse, we went to the Tempur-Pedic store and they told us to ABSOLUTELY NOT use the ****** White mattress cover that we were REQUIRED to buy in order to get their (**) warranty. Tempur-Pedic said the ** mattress cover would completely negate the cooling performance of the Lux Breeze mattress - the sole purpose anyone would even think about buying this mattress. The Tempur-Pedic mattress already comes standard with a good mattress protector that can be removed and thrown in the washer. And of course we cannot return the ** mattress protector to ****** White because they don't accept returns on bedding, even if it is ruining the performance of the mattress. Tempur-Pedic already honors the warranty for 10 years. RUN AWAY from ****** White!!! Go directly to Tempur-Pedic or Mattress Firm or anyone else but this horrible company.

      Gardner is TRASH. They always have been and always s will be. With the advent of ****** and other mail order companies, This Gardner White C*** Company is sure to fail soon, hence the HORRIFIC customer service.

      Bad service. Brought wrong mattress and frame. Didn't assemble properly. Had no tools. We used ours and put it together ourselves, as they didn't attach the headboard. Legs wouldn.t adjust to ANY height as promised. Had to order different legs and more cost, and would take 12 weeks. Lied again. We cancelled legs, and they wouldn't refund our credit card unless we went back to store. Another lie, as the week before they did credit our card for another item. Most terrible purchase we ever made and the service was extremely bad. We will never shop there again. They are taking advantage of people.
