      Very poor service and poor furniture quality. The staff fights and argues with customers. They are not helpful and very rude. I had the worst experience and never dealt with a business that belittles their customers. I will never work with them again.

      We purchased a recliner chair yesterday and the handle for the recliner broke today! Does Gardner White sell quality furniture? I think not.

      Worst customer service ever. We ordered a sectional from them online. They are located in MI and we live in IN. We called and asked about shipping and the person on the phone advised it was probably more cost effective for us to pick it up ourselves as delivery would be over $500 and would take weeks. We rented a U-Haul and drove up to MI to pick it up. Sectional came wrapped up and the dock worker did not say a word to us and loaded it into our truck. We drove back to IN and unwrapped it and noticed the back of our couch's frame was broken. So we called the same day we picked it up and told them what happened / sent photos. They advised they would have to talk to their manager to see what they could do. They advised 2 days later after I had to follow up personally that there was nothing they could do, that I should've "known" to unwrap the couch at the dock to inspect it personally for damage, and that as a "curtesy" they would allow me to bring it back to their warehouse to fix. They wanted me to rent another U-Haul and drive it back up to MI from IN. Leave it at the warehouse for 4-6 days to fix and rent ANOTHER U-Haul to come pick it up. When I asked if there was any option / discount / refund they could offer they said they would ask again. No response. Gardner White does not care about their customers or resolving issues that THEY caused. Do not order from them. Now I am out over $3,000 with a broken couch and days wasted. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

      I purchase a mattress and box spring from Garden White about a year ago. I wanted to move my bed around and doing so I notice four holes facing north, south, east and west as if they had been place in that direction on something. My bed had my metal layer with three slats of wood to lay box spring on. I was in contact with Garden White investigator to come out to look at the box spring on two occasions, once on November 17 and again on November 26 they gave me a time between 3:30-6:30 which they never came, and just today on December 2 I was told they canceled again. Im very disappointed in Garden White because now I believe the holes were there when they delivered my mattress and box spring. I wont be buying anything else from them.

      I lost $1,037.82 when I had to send my furniture back to there store it didnt fit.I wanted to reselect but they charged $750.00 for restocking. Then they charged for the warranty of $287.82 Of course I paid for delivery which I expected of ****** None this was disclosed when I did the purchase or when I asked to reselect. I chose a another set and they told me that they would call me with the amount. 2 days later I received a call and was informed of the $750.00 restocking fee and the warranty fee$282.72. They told me they disclosed the fees on my receipt. I could not find it. They informed me to scan the ** code. I feel as though they should type it on the receipt just like all of the terms. Its sketchy and I will never shop there again!!! Not one time did they try to resolve this for **** asked if they would wave the restocking fee and they said no. After all I was reselecting.On their company mission statement it says their one principle is to improve the lives of people through furniture.Maybe they should say (AND as many people as we can RIP Off without a conscience.

      Gardner White did not honor my warranty on reclining leather couch. Bought in March of 2021. One side is down to the springs, was told part was delayed on a ship, because of Covid they couldnt do nothing. Been complaining since January of 2022, finally a repair man came and said I need a core. Called back that said they've done all they can do. They didn't do nothing but waste my time and money. The workers aren't friendly over the phone. Looking for a furniture store that honors there warranty. NOT GARDNER WHITE EVER!!!!!!

      Gardner white the worst ever they sell junk **** dollars later couch was delivered broken arm and now they want to take it too there shop for several days and said I'll have to make do so I said you want me to sit on the floor and no answer back they are the worst

      I ordered a couch and it was delivered early February 2022- superball Sunday. After delivery noticed one of the cushions the zipper is split open. I called and provided photos. I was told we still need to send someone out. I had to take time off work to meet repair person. He came and said this cant be repaired, I will have another cushion ordered and it might take 4-6 weeks **** Well here I am November 2022 and after calls, emails and still no replacement cushion. I am told oh next month, have heard since June. The sofa has been in stock and they refuse to exchange with a couch they have in stock until it comes in due to greed. They would rather have a dissatisfied customer instead. They agreed to refund money and come get couch if it wasnt resolved by August and that manager now refuses to take my call. Horrible customer service.
