      Purchase the warranty they offer in sweet talked me into in when it was time to use when I seen damage on my time they till me they cant fix it the warranty is void

      Terrible quality furniture. I purchased a sofa and loveseat in 2021 I reached out to Gardner white in April ******************************************************************************* when I sit on it. I reached out to customer service again in November 2022 without response! I had to contact them AGAIN in December asking them to respond. They told me the cushions are not covered under warranty and I could purchase new inserts for $150 EACH. So a $1000 sofa cant be expected to last more than 1 year and customer service will not help you. I purchased a dining set around the same time they had to deliver new chairs 3 times and they still arent level. I also purchased a bedroom set and both dressers had to be replaced after delivery because they broke. I tell everyone I know to just go ANYWHERE else. Expensive, terrible quality furniture. Seriously worst company I have ever purchased from.

      Absolutely horrible customer service from customer service. I have purchased an entire bedroom set without any issue but furniture is a different story. We purchased the **** set over 6k first couch arrived broke now you wait for a tech to come look at it and go yup its broke wait a few for days for a new couch. 2nd couch arrives it's bowing out armrest are blown out because there is no hinge or anything for support material is stretched. Gardner White so kindly offered to swap it out for another set but let's charge a 25% restocking fee. I get this if we simply didn't like the furniture or it didn't fit or we broke it, but this is a quality and craftsmanship of a product they sell and will NOT BACK UP!! So if you want furniture that won't hold up even as good as IKEA you are in the right place. They said there plan with returned furniture is to put it out on the floor as a sample and sell it as a floor model. Always comforting to know the floor pieces might have been sat in by who knows who and or what was done on these pieces before they sell them to you with no warranty. Good luck everyone who decides to use them.

      I wouldve gave a zero if it was possible . We recently purchased a mattress and realized after the fact of all the bs that they dont tell you thats in small print if youre not happy with it . We bought a top of the line mattress ($4,500 ) with the understanding that we could switch it out if we didnt like it with another one as long as we bought the $150 mattress protector pad . In order to switch it out , they have to come out and inspect it and thats a $199 fee . Then there is a 10% restocking fee not to mention you have to eat the cost if the new mattress cost more money but if you find one that cost less they dont adjust the price . So when I do finally get my new one I will be another $900 out of pocket . I also found out that mattresses that get returned are burned . So why did I have to spend $150 on a protective pad if it gets burned anyways ? The sales person said he would work on getting the restocking fee reduced and then corporate told me they never change fees , its in the fine print . Watch out for the fine print because theyre not upfront with all the fees . Theres plenty of other businesses I will give my money too . Thanks for reading and good luck

      I could find no written statement on GD documentation nor on the invoice for a $7,249 bed and frame that stated that the unopened sheets and pillows were non returnable.The gal at the counter told my wife that we could get a full refund if I returned the bed and frame.*************************** in the *************** Store said I should have scanned the ** Code on the sales invoice to "discover" that there are no returns for unopened sheets and pillows. He never said that we should do a scan.Never again will we step in a GD store.

      I bought a dresser a couple of weeks ago. It was delivered the next day - damaged. They told me to call customer service. A repair man came out. He said the dresser needed to be replaced. We scheduled an exchange for one week later. I just got a call from customer service. They said they were out of stock - they might be able to exchange it in March; so I said I wanted to return it - and they said I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I said "I'm not going to pay a restocking fee me on damaged goods." They don't care. Horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from them again. I'm trying to leave a "zero stars" review. I'm not sure if I can.

      I purchased an 1 year warranty they are saying the warrant ened.purchased warranty 12of 21 place claim 11 of 22 .Now they say the claim is not valid..Why are the denying the claim on Senios.It is nor right.

      The absolute worst furniture company ever!! 12 times since May 2022 trying to get my furniture right! They deliver broken, dirty rain soaked pieces. Never followed up! Supposed to refund me and deliver a whole new set and did, with a ripped recliner! Still waiting! ******************************************** the show room, waiting on deliveries!! Charged me tax on a warranty and there is no tax on warranties or labor! Contact channel 2, the *** BBB! Start a class action lawsuit against these turds and teach them a ****** that they cannot treat people this way! Fight back people!!

      Very disappointed. Went in to buy a mattress at the Canton store and was sold an extra firm after telling them that one of us has a bad hip and I sleep on my back so he recommended extra firm. Was told if we were not happy with it after 60 days we could exchange it one time. So we were not happy with it and were told by two others there that they could not believe the person would have recommended an extra firm in the first place. So after trying many others we decided on Luxury firm (medium). And they put the paper work in and said expect a call the next day to set up delivery. Great! Well no call the next day so we called back day after that. And they said we cant do the exchange unless we pay a restock fee and another free costing to 600ish dollars. NO ONE, out of Three people told us about that let alone told us we were all set and will set up delivery. Also we should have never been sold that extra firm in the first place. So if we would have gotten the right bed the first time we would not have to return it and pay that fee. Just bought a new home and bought a couch and a bed from Gardener white. Will NOT be buying anything else there ever again.

      I purchased a very top of the line sectional at the ******, MI store. It is not living up to expectations and after less than 1 year the springs are creaking and make a noise every time you sit and or get up from the sectional. I called in for a service call and the appointment that were confirmed with a 2 week lead time was lost in thin air. After missing the first appointment I had to call in and speak with my original sales person and store manager to ensure that the "rescheduled" service call was going to happen. It did, technician was really great. He agreed that there were manufacture's defects and attempted to repair. Issue is not resolved. Called in again to request new service ticket and now being told that you can't have 2 service tickets within 30 days. Really! What a joke. I have also purchased an extended warranty and I am really hoping that Gardner White sticks by their product and makes this right (still under 1 year warranty) OR if I have to push this to my extended warranty I am not given the run around and am stuck with a "manufacturer's defective luxury sectional". We will see. If ****** White makes this right I will most definitely update my review just really nervous after reading all the reviews below. :(
