    I love my Gladiator scooter. I have many compliments regarding it. I'm glad I purchased the Nicad batteries as it provides many extra miles. It would be helpful if it had an odometer.
    As far as customer service goes it is most helpful in explaining questions I have had and answer as soon as they are able. In short, great product and great service.

    I bought a megatron folding scooter in April, the mechanism that controls the speed broke of the plastic and feel into the casing on the handle bar. I have contacted this company several times by email and they never respond.

    DISCOVER YOUR MOBILITY HAS BEEN EXCELLENT IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY EQUIPMENT. MY TRITON POOL LIFT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. IT HAS ALLOWED ME ACCESS TO MY POOL SINCE I RECENTLY BECAME A PARAPLEGIC. THE ABILITY TO ACCESS MY POOL AND SWIM HAS BEEN LIFE SAVING.     My wife and I shopped around and Discover Your Mobility was by far the best choice for a light weight power wheelchair for her. What really convinced us was the customer service and caring, especially ******* who was wonderful to work with and helped us through the process. I would do repeat business with them and recommend them highly!

    I contacted their technician ( *****) about a problem I was having. He quickly diagnosed the problem and he is sending me the repair part. I can't say enough to thank him. I would recommend Discover My Mobility to everyone. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Absolutely 5 stars.

    just purchased my EAGLE HD powerchair from Mr **** at DISCOVER YOUR MOBILITY, this company has outstanding customer service, inventory, anything you need to follow up on, i have owned a few power chairs from him, the eagle hd is the best folding chair on the market, light weight and folds up, easy to load in your vehicle, 2/ 250 watt motors and 2 batteries, will last all day, you cant go wrong with DISCOVER YOUR MOBILITY, 5 stars here.....**** ****, atoka tn

    Awesome customer service. Purchased a tritan pool lift and made a phone call for help with install on the anchor part. Was guided right thru it. Then had an issue with a circuit board and they helped me out again. The lift has been great and the customer care was far above and beyond what I expected.

    We had been looking for a light weight motorized wheelchair when we came across Discover your Mobility. We originally called the Miami office who were very rude and didn't answer our questions. We called the Michigan office who practically came to our house and handed the chair to us. **************** is one of the best we have dealt with. We bought 2 chairs about a year ago. His and hers. Very few issues with the order. The issues we did have were with the batteries they were dying to quickly after 1 year. But the company realized the problem and replaced the batteries! We love Discover your Mobility.

    I purchased my Phoenix a year ago. First 3 months nothing but issues. They finally did ship it back and theyrepaired it. Turn around time was great. Next 9 months great until this weekend at a Labor day party. Too be honest love it when its working. Now it seems to be the charger or batteries so here we go again.
