    I recently ordered the Eagle HD Bariatric Portable Wheelchair. I have an autoimmune disease and after many years of fighting I have found myself losing mobility. Shopping for wheelchairs and mobility devices not only involves thorough research, but can also be a mental challenge. The challenge of finding something that fit my personal needs was answered when *********************************** directed me to Discover My Mobility and *************************. ******* took time to listen to my personal concerns and needs. He then gave me options that catered to my life, never upselling me but truly looking out for my best interest. I know how hard it can be to go through this process but you can wholeheartedly put your trust in this company, which I have already recommended to my family, friends and coworkers.     I purchased a ************ chair from Discover My Mobility about 19 months ago. It has been a fantastic purchase. I've taken it to ********* and *********** and just recently to the northeast of our country on a 2 week car trip. It performed beautifully and it's easy to fly with as well.But as great as the chair is, their customer service is even better.     We purchased a pool lift and it arrived broken. We have spent over a month trying to return it and finally agreed to just get the broken parts sent. It's been over 3 weeks and they still haven't sent them. The instruction manual has typos, misspellings, and contradicting instructions for installation.

    I am 65. I am disabled.I rely on my electric mobility cart for shopping, banking, etc. I bought the Eagle HD Mobility cart from this company in November of last year. From day 1, the battery indicator light does not work! Even after being fully charged. I contacted the company several times. No response from them at all...!!!So here I am trying to live life as normal as possible and it is always very uneasy not knowing how much power is left in my battery. It would be devastating to get stranded somewhere here in the western side of ********. My livelihood depends on my ability to shop for groceries and such. I am reliant on my electric mobility cart. This company needs to be held accountable for the faulty battery indicator light. I am very upset!

    I would like to state that we are happy to assist in any way we can. When speaking of the indicator light for the battery, are speaking of the one on the joystick or the battery itself? Have you had your battery tested to see if it is going faulty? Did you ask to speak to a technician at my company? Please contact our office at ************, and ask for ****.     I ordered a power wheelchair in March 2024. At first I didn't get a confirmation so I thought I had been scammed but that was not the case. Their email to me were not getting through. The wheelchair arrived in only 3 days! It is an excellent product. When I called them with questions during regular business hours they were so polite and helpful. This is a good company with good service. I would buy from them again. EXCELLENT!!********************* Missouri

    Such a great company! **************** is beyond excellent! I ordered the ****************** Wheelchair from Discover Your Mobility in January of this year and boy oh boy, I love this chair! A couple of months ago, I called customer service to order a cup holder; I had thrown the original cup holder away, thinking I would never use it. The customer service representative sent me a complimentary replacement. Today, I called to order a replacement part for my chair because I misjudged a maneuver and crashed into the side of my garage. *******, the customer representative I spoke with, was helpful and kind. He patiently listened as I struggled to describe the part I needed to replace. He knew exactly the piece I needed and quickly ordered it for me. He stated it would go out first thing in the morning. The phone call was easy and ******* was thoughtful and generous. Thank you, *******, I'm most appreciative!

    Excellent customer service very helpful choosing the best wheelchair lift for my situation. Very competitive pricing. Install was easy with their very clear instructions. Lift is good quality with smooth operation. Had one minor issue but a call and they took care of it quickly. Highly recommend this business. ****************

    I ordered a Triton fully automatic lift from Discover Your Mobility. It was shipped very quickly in several packages. Two items arrived broken, and when I called there were no questions asked. They sent the replacement parts immediately, and the new parts arrived in perfect condition I hired someone to set up and install the lift, but unfortunately it stopped working almost immediately. We called again, and ******* was very nice. He determined that there was a faulty circuit board, and sent the replacement part the next morning. I am very happy with the customer service I received. I will definitely purchase from them again. The lift has made an incredible difference in my disabled granddaughters life.

    I have ordered several things from this company, and can not be more pleased with their service. I have 2 of their Triton Pool lifts, and they work wonderfully for our disabled son, both in a pool setting in *******, and a hot tub in ****. They are great people to work with when there are issues, to get the lifts operating again after things break, as they always do with devices !!I would not go anywhere else when looking for DME!
