      Before ordering (*****) my part I queried the length as it was as I required (637mm) and was informed it would be as described. When it arrived 2 months after ordering it was 690mm, the size freely available in ** at less than half the price. Reliable needs to be removed from their name as I find them overpriced and incompetent!!!!!

      Hi *****. Thank you for your comment. We reviewed your order and previous conversations with our team. We did not find an email where we provided measurements outside of the product description. This part has a 100% success with our customers since 2018 and zero returns. That being said - we have one of the best return policies in the industry. We did not receive a return request or email asking for a refund, just an email stating how incompetent we are. We value our customers and their constructive feedback. We ask that you reach out to our customer service department and speak with **** to resolve this incorrect order.

      Thank-you for your reply, my complaint is the shaft you advertised at ******" is in fact ******" and my email sent on 27 July asking for confirmation before buying was answered promptly by *************************** as being as described.
