He explained everything that he was going to do, before and after photos, etc. Very thorough with his work; I was very impressed and would request his service on my next.     ********* were sent to my mobile home to remove a dead animal from the crawl space. They were very professional and pleasant, explained everything along with taking pictures to show me every process of the extraction. The techs went over and above to also reconnect a dryer venting hose that had come apart. I believe the cost did not warrant the work and time, I had sticker shock, tried calling a manager, they only said he would pass along my phone number and nobody called me back. I wanted to discuss the cost with someone but ended up having to pay anyway. Overall a very good experience with the techs they did a great job.

    Technicians showed up in the time stated. Very friendly and professional. Explained service to be done and showed before and after pictures of ducts. Very pleased with the work performed. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

    ****** was excellent to work with! He was very informative and helpful regarding everything I needed to know about the services he provided as well as extra services that I was able to add!! Very professional yet down to earth and I'm very happy with the cleaning and sterilizing he did!! He sent pictures to me for me to see the before and after and they looked incredible!! I will highly recommend AM PURE and ****** to family and friends!!
