  Roof install 2023. I would give 5 stars for the roofing job because it was excellent and looks awesome. The 5-6 man crew was efficient and respectful of my property. The reason I deducted stars is because of the salesman ***. He was very personable and proceeded to tell me he was not one of those high pressure sales people who try to push you into buying their product, which he didnt, at least not directly. When he finished his presentation he gave me 3 quotes. The first quote was 58,946$ that was good for a year. The second quote was 42,946$ which he said was the sales rep ****** The third quote he gave me was his price of 30,062$ and the bottom line quote he gave me was 28,484$ but I could only get that price if I signed up right then and there. No time to discuss or get other quotes. He also told me that up to ***************************************************** I wouldnt need more than that replaced on my roof, just based on his inspection. This was absolutely false. The contract says 2 boards are covered, and my roof had 35 boards that needed to be replaced. I realize part of this is on me for not going over the contract with a fine tooth comb, but I took him at his word, as he seemed very knowledgeable and honest. This ended up costing me an additional 2300$. When I called him about it, his answer was Im sorry, I made a mistake. I will make it up to you, how about a date night for you and your husband This was in early July. It is now October and I have yet to receive any form of compensation for his mistake or the warranty information for the roof that I was supposed to receive within 60 days. The only reason I went with this company was because of the 50 year warranty they offer. I figured I would spend more and not have to worry about paying for another roof in my lifetime. Unfortunately, my sales experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. I am not a litigious person but if they dont stand by their warranty I will seek legal counsel.

  Paid $30000 for fiberglass windows and house aluminum trim. Job is half done. I have reservations about some of the work done and asked questions. Ive been given the runaround as far as when job will be completed. I have foam around windows that has now turned yellow, birds are picking at it. Its been three weeks since windows have been installed and no one has been to my house yet after my numerous complaints! Lack of and zero communication as no one has come to check out the complaints being made against company. My house is literally an eyesore for any who passes it. People ask questions about why it looks like this. I am happy to provide photos which I have emailed to the company. It was acknowledged that the job was poorly done and also that its unacceptable of how it looks, yet no one has been sent back to fix anything. The list goes on and on. I literally feel like Im living a nightmare trying to deal with this company! Not even sure if it is legal or not but the salesman who also claimed to be the senior vice president even wrote on the contract that I was not allowed to cancel within three days to keep the deal locked in! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

  Paid over $40,000 for new windows, the installers that came out waited til the very end to tell me two major windows (facing front of the house) were missing. They advised me they would be ordered on priority order and would be there in 4-6 weeks. Fast forward 13 weeks, the windows still havent arrived. Although their promise was I wouldnt pay on the windows until the job was COMPLETE. Ive been paying since the initial install date. No one from customer service is returning my calls at this point. Terrible company, wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

  We bought Majic Fiberglass windows 5 years ago for our condo. Very happy with them and the service and installers where great. They really are almost sound proof and the home is now draft free and nice and warm in the winter!
