  I bought Majic windows in 2008. I like the insulation quality and theyre literally sound proof (I live on a busy street). I just ordered the rest of the windows for my house today! Thanks Majic!

  Nov 2021 they were planning on replacing window frames that were fading and chocking, still waiting on service , called them in Feb 2023 and April 2023, still no reply, they say parts on order. Bad customer service, they dont support their products.

  We apologize for the length that this is taking but we absolutely do have your new parts / frames on order and we are just waiting for them to ship to us. We stand by our product and will get all issues resolved as fast as we are able to. Please bare with us on the hold up of certain materials from this manufacturer. I will have the service depart reach out to you as soon as possible with the closest ETA we can get from our manufacturer.

  We bought Majic Windows in 2015. Like how easy they open and close compared to our old wood windows. And no need to paint! Installers were great! Clean up was perfect . Just bought a doorwall from Majic to finish our home.

  The way this company chooses to go about business is both disrespectful and disgusting! They talk in circles and throw out numbers as if the customer they are talking too are degenerates. They lie the minute they walk in the door and have zero respect for your home, no slippers on their shoes, no knocking on doors to re enter, no proper introduction to find out what you are looking for. They only want a sale even tho they claim to be someone not making commissions. They will high ball your offer even after saying dont go with someone who cushions their offer to make money. Crazy how a quote goes from 39,998,to 21k, to 13k if I put a sign in my yard. When I asked for a cost break down, which ******** insisted I ask for from others, I was abruptly met with a snarky attitude and an answer of I cant give away my companies pricing. He didnt come with the product to show us and didnt ask what we actually wanted in a window, only insisted what we needed with out regard to why we invited him into OUR HOME! I nor my fiance, were given a quote for our initial inquiry or what he did talk about during our 2 hour meeting. We where left with outrageous quotes for things we did not ask for and a feeling of defeat and harassment.

  Very thorough, and helped me with getting a good value for the windows that I could afford. Ive had Majic windows for over 10 years, and when I needed repair they were quick to come out and fix my latches! I would definitely recommend this company.

  Very Professional ! Felt comfortable having **** and his crew in my home ! I had two of my largest windows replaced a few years back with Majic ! I decided to go for it and do the other 9!   This company has been very unprofessional with me. Ive been waiting since 6/2022 for a new window wall to my balcony. ****** was the rep that I signed a contract with on 5/24/22.At that time I gave her a check for a large down payment on the contracted amount. That check was cashed 5/31/22.When I called her for an update on 9/28/22 I had to leave a voice mail. I also sent her an email requesting an update for installation. She did not call or email me back. I called the main number for Majic and spoke to Faith. She said that my window may be in by 10/17/22 and that she would call me when it came in and schedule an install date. She called back and scheduled install for 10/26/22. They did not show up between the 8am & 10am hour given. I got a call from a man after 10am saying that they would not come today due to rain. It was rescheduled for the next day. ***** came out and after less than an hour determined that he would not be able to get the window up to my second floor unit. He said he would try to get help and left. He did not return and no one called me back. 11/1/22 a different installer came out name ****. He determined that he could not install the window either. He said a new window would have to be ordered. After calling the office I was told that a rush order was placed 11/3/22 . ***** said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. I spoke to manager ***** last who gave me his ext no. I called the managers number 12/7/22 for an update . No answer so I left him a message. He still has not called me back. I would rather get my deposit back than do further business with them.
