  Terrible company to deal with.Will not stand behind what they sell.We bought a $6,000 door from them about 6 years ago. This door came with a 25 year warranty.I called Majic due to a problem we are having with the door. I was told by customer service that the manufacturer of the door is out of business and because of this our warranty is "null and void".We did not purchase from the manufacturer, we purchased from Majic. I was also led to believe at the time of purchase the Majic was providing the warranty.When I called I was also told there would be a $125.00 service call just to show up and look at the door. Any adjustment or parts would be an additional cost.With this, I told Majic to put me on the Do Not Call list.

  River was a wonderful sales rep, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The crew that installed my large front window did a great job and it still looks perfect two years later! I just ordered more windows from magic as I am so pleased with the experience.

  I had 5 windows installed last year in September. The windows cut down on my heating bill and the windows keep out noise from the outside. I would recommend Majic windows to anyone. They are willing to work with you in regards to financing.

  Terrible customer service. We had an estimate given back in March 2023 and we decided to get a new back door wall installed. They told us we had to pay a deposit at the time and the rest when they installed which we were told was going to be in July 2023. We live in a condo and they told us theyd take care of everything concerning the condo and permission etc. About a month or more went by and we never heard anything from Majic. I called and they told us our association wouldnt give them authorization until they talked to us but NO ONE EVER called us from Majic to let us know that. So I got a hold of my association and got what we needed from them for Majic to begin ordering our door and giving us an installation date. Again, after we turned in the papers Majic needed NO ONE EVER called us to give us an ok on our door. I called again and they finally put an order in on our custom made door. And yet again, no one called us to let us know it was ready to be installed. All of this happened between March-December 2023. In January **** I called again to see what was going on with the door, they told me it had just been finished being made and they were going to be calling me about installation. At this point I was furious and wanted to just cancel the door but they told me Id lose my deposit and I was just going to be out of luck. They didnt offer me any other kind of discount or compensation. I decided to get the door installed because I didnt want to lose out on the deposit. It was such a headache working with these people. Terrible customer service and no care at all for what happened. Also at time of installation they gave us a paper for a rebate with DTE, when I called DTE they told me that that rebate was no longer available it had ended in December 2023. The door was supposed to be installed in 2023 but because they have terrible customer service it never was. Very frustrating and disappointing.

  Do NOT use this company. I cant even begin to tell you the hassle we have been having. They have canceled on us 5 + times, theyve lost one of our windows, no one calls back, and no one knows whats going on. Ive seriously never dealt with worse customer service than this. They put in some of our windows, removed our shutters, then just left them for us to do. Its been insane.

  I bought Majic Fiberglass Windows several years ago and Im very happy. Easy to operate and the home is much warmer now.

  The crew did a very professional job. the 4 guys each had a job to do and complete it without any problem. They completed the job in about 4 hours for the 7 windows. they left the area inside and out very clean. I would recommend Majic Windows to any one.

  Stay away from this company. They did a very poor job on my siding install and failed to actually complete the job before demanding I pay them the entire balance due. They also lied to me and told me that they did not outsource their contractors for install. Below is a list of issues:-broke my deck railing (did not repair or compensate)-put gutters back on incorrectly (I had to fix myself)-never came back to touch up paint in areas that needed it so I later hired a painter to complete at my own expense -left their trash in my driveway which I later took to the dump myself -never reconnected the power lines to my home -punctured ac line in my wall (I also paid out of pocket for the repair to the line and drywall)I attempted to contact them to finish the job multiple times before handling all of these issues by myself but the communication from this company is terrible.

  Bought windows from Majic last year. They are an improvement over the original material, much better insulation, fixed leaks from seal, and considerable noise cancellation.
