If I could give the service and or warranty **** a negative star I would I have been dealing with a warranty issue for 7 months now every time I call its a different story every time and all I get is I will call you back in a hour or so and never get callled back so when I call I believe they ignore my calls because Im sure they have called id they sure didnt have a problem taking my money for the window god awful customer service

1 starI wouldnt waste your time with this company. One issue after another. Quoted **** weeks for lead time. 16 weeks later still nothing. If you want to babysit and track things down yourself this is the right company to use. Finally after almost 5 months (and them running my credit twice due to them taking so long and original credit report expiring) they were installed. Came and measured and then received a call a week later to come and measure again. 5 out of the 10 windows installed didnt even open and slider door installed wrong. Service came out and fixed all but needed one window completely replaced due to scratches and weather stripping not installed correctly. Promised 4-8 weeks for the replacement and here it is 9 weeks later and cannot even get them to call back or not hang up on me. Absolute mistake by using them. Oh yeah- they offered me whopping $500 off my total **** for the inconvenience of me babysitting them and hounding them for updates. They rushed my window order through because apparently it was never going entered and the confusion on the finance side - dont even get me started on that one. If you like babysitting, hounding and being led on- this is the company for you!
