    Had windows and door wall installed by Majic window, door wall improperly installed and it leaked and rotted floor underneath. First trip by warranty said not their problem, got worse, came back out. Oops our fault should have fixed this before it got so bad. Was told theyd cover flooring cost that was a lie but we needed flooring replaced. So once again paid Majic higher cost thinking wed be taken care of but still not the case. Now bathroom window rusted shut and SAME warranty guy says spray lubricant on it and it will be fine.nope its been all summer with window shut and customer service says weve cleaned house and let some people go, it should get better not what Ive seen. Just called again and of course voicemail. So glad we paid premium price but for sure not premium service.

    Our carpet installation went wonderful. **** and *** did an amazing job. They repaired a hole in the floor before installing the carpet making sure everything underneath the carpet was in good condition. They went the extra mile and saved the old carpet so it could be repurposed in the basement. They came three days in a row and everyday they cleaned up and took away any trash and remnants. I would not hesitate to recommend Majic for installation. There was no messing around during the job, all work and a little bit of country music!

    I had flooring done by Majic. ******************* and his partner did a great job. The new floor looks great. Attention to detail, fast and efficient. Cleanup after the job was great and everything put back just as it was.

    Amazing experience! Of all the jobs we did in our home, this was the best. The crew was on time, fast, friendly, and clean. They worked very hard from start to finish. I am really impressed with this crew. I truly appreciate the hard work..

    One of my best experiences in home improvement yet! We got the greatest crew that we could have asked for to install our new windows. They worked hard from start to finish and didn't stop until the job was done. I am so impressed with this crew. They deserve the five starts and then some.     Last year I called for warranty service to replace a crank handle for a casement window as well as replacement door on door wall. Just like the old saying that the check is is in the mail I get; it should be in next shipment. I paid for this warranty service in my bottom line. great product but ***** in warranty.

    Majic did insulation in 2021 and we have seen a difference in heating and cooling costs. Temperatures have been consistent from upper to lower level.
