I have had no water problems at all since I have had this system in my house.I can count on my basement to be dry!

It has been twenty-three years since EverDry installed a waterproofing system in my single family "fixe-******" home in Lansing MI and I am glad to say I am as happy today with the work as when it was done.For starters the construction proposal was done with a thorough research of what was needed in this old house and I was informed of each step in the procedure and how it would be completed.As a result when the drilling and cement removal began I was able to trust the men at their work and go on about my own with confidence. The brochures about the warranty gave me information that spelled out what to expect during and after the work was completed and it was true.Over the years I have reached out to the professionals and have always received courteous and knowledgeable service without any problems but only improvements which have assured me that I have a home which is safe and comfortable.To anyone who is interested in maintaining, improving and protecting their health and safety in a comfortable home I would recommend EverDry.Thanks, EverDry Waterproofing! ************Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We purchased our home many years ago. We discovered that during heavy rains water would collect in window ***** and seep into the basement. We contacted EverDry waterproofing and they took measures to correct the problem. There were a couple adjustments to get the system to work perfectly but EverDry made any necessary changes to get it right. We have enjoyed many years of a dry basement since. The first thing we needed to do when we purchased our home in Belmont was waterproof the basement.We called Everdry because they had very good reviews.The representative who initially came to meet with us was very thorough, but had us dig up some flower beds in preparation for the exterior trenching that, it turns out, didn't need to be removed. This was a bit frustrating.The team who waterproofed our large, oddly shaped basement did an outstanding job! The work was backbreaking and tedious, but they did a terrific job and patiently answered all questions I had.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

This is my second home located in Kentwood Michigan. I had multiple leaks through the 4' stem walls. Everdry completed a complete system including installation of a sump pump. I am happy to say that the basement is completely dry no more leaks I was apprehensive at first but after 5 years dry I would recommend their system.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

Many years ago Everdry came and assessed our basement at a rental property in Grand Rapids. We installed what they suggested for fans, and air circulation. We have had no problems with the basement ever since.I have renewed the Warranty every year, and feel that it is the best money I can spend to avoid problems from mold and dampness in the future.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

Had Everdry install their multi-step waterproofing system to our home in Columbiaville, Michigan in 2015 shortly after purchasing due to the basement flooding after heavy rain. After inspection, they discovered a few foundation cracks as well as a bowed wall. They repaired the cracks and added anchor plates to correct the wall that was bowed. After putting in the French drain inside and drainage outside of the house, we no longer get any water inside. We also had an additional sump pump with battery backup installed, due to the size of our basement. We are very happy with the explanations before the work, and the quality of the work.Everdry Basement Waterproofing
