We contacted Everdry to fix our wet Michigan basement. The representative gave us a quote the job was completed at that price & earlier than anticipated. The crew couldn't have been more professional. The true test came this spring with record rainfall normally we would be praying our old sump pump wouldn't quit with water in running in the trenches. Our basement was bone dry. We were able to paint the cement floor and our grandchildren drive trucks and play there year round. Being able to store things without worry of dampness or water damage has been wonderful What a great usable space added for us, no more dreading to go to the freezer. After spending all night bailing water out of our basement in the spring of 2013 , we knew it was time to get that problem solved. We called EverDry who came, talked to us, and set a date for waterproof our basement. The work, both inside and outside, was done very carefully. A sump pump and an E-Z Breathe ventilation system were both installed at that time. The ventilation system had made our basement as pleasant to be in as the main floor. There is no dampness or odor in the air at all. In the March of 2022 we noticed water in one part of the basement again. EverDry came quickly and solved the problem by unclogging weep holes. A new sump pump was also installed. There was no charge for this because we have consistently paid the $40/year service agreement. We have been a customer since our installation back in 2003. Everdry has always been a great servicing partner and has been very attentive when we ever needed service. One great example is that unfortunately many years later the sump pump they installed did breakdown and we were at risk of the water backflowing into our basement from the hole where the pump rested. To make the situation more dire it was later in the day on a Friday when this happened and we were preparing to leave town for several days and therefore worried we would have to cancelled our plans. We called the service line to explain our situation and they had someone out to our house with a new pump within 45 minutes and was able to quickly (15 minutes) install the new pump, relieve our worries, and we were still able to leave on time!Everdry Basement Waterproofing

What a great experience! My elderly mother was having water issues in her crawl space. One call to Everdry and the wheels started turning. We had an estimate within days. They had a plan for every issue we had. It turned out to be much more work than expected but the team had a great attitude and kept working very hard until the job was complete. It was a very small space and lots of things to do under there. The team leader was excellent. Communicating with me every day and finding solutions for the extra work they found. In the end we paid our original estimate with no extra or hidden costs. Top notch customer service! Our mother is dry and warm!! We have had Everdry for the whole time we have owned our house and the homeowner before us had them as well. We are in *****************, MI and use the Grand Rapids location, they have been nothing but helpful with anything we have ever needed. We called them out in the past for a beeping that was going off on our system and they were able to replace the whole thing same day! My husband and I had water coming in the basement for years. We looked a round for a company that will water seal our basement, we went with Everdry Basement Waterproofing and it was the best thing we did. Amazing team to work with! We had an issue that needed to be fixed in a tight window. They completed the full waterproofing project in the winter while it was cold and snowy out. Since completion we have not had a single issue and were fully confident we won't again. Their customer service and team has always been super friendly and professional.
