I live in Grandville, Michigan (suburb of Grand Rapids) in a daylight ranch style house. An Everdry system was installed prior to my purchase and my lower level has been completely dry for the 14 years I've lived here. I kept up with the transferred small yearly warranty fee and actually had to use it a a few years ago when my sump pump shorted out. I called first thing in the morning and the service team said they would get someone out as soon as possible. Got a call back from them about 15 minutes later and was told someone was on there way. Technician evaluated and verified bad pump and installed a new one on the spot. Extremely fast and reliable service. Highly recommend Everday for your waterproofing needs.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

The Everdry team has been excellent to work with. We sleep so much better at night knowing our home is protected as we have seen increasing heavy rainstorms hit our area in Grand Rapids Michigan. The system has a great warranty, and all teh components such as sump pump work as expected and are easy for homeowners to monitor. We would really recommend any homeowner with a basement use Everdry and have heard horror stories of other methods and businesses.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We live in Midland Michigan and the house we bought in 2010 had the Everdry system already. When the pump failed a few years ago, they came out promptly and took care of it. The system and the warranty give us peace of mind knowing that our basement will stay dry during the wet months.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

Living in Ludington, close to the lake, the water level is high. Adding to that, our street was an old river bed. Many in our neighborhood have issues with water in their basements, except for us. This house was purchased in 2015, with an EverDry system in place. In 2019 we expanded the foundation footprint of the house by 1400 square feet. You can be sure that we contacted EVERDRY to meet the needs of our new construction. Their service department is outstanding! Fast forward to June 2024. With the deluge of rain lately, our basement is dry as a bone! We are so thankful that our EVERDRY system is protecting our investment!Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We live in an area in Muskegon Mi that has a high water table, we moved into our house in 1988…..every year we would have issues with water in the basement, heavy rain, snow melt, we would always end up with water in the basement! We called Everdry and they came out in June of 2017 , they walked us through everything they would do….the one thing I remember was there was no pressure from them to buy there system, which we appreciated. So In July of 2017 they came out and installed their system and we haven’t had any water in the basement since! Best decision we ever made concerning the house, We wish we would have done it sooner!Everdry Basement Waterproofing

I live in Grand Rapids, MI and actually "inherited" this policy from the previous homeowner. We have NEVER had an issue in the 10 years we've lived here and the Everdry customer service has been great! I would HIGHLY recommend using their services.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We purchased our house in Ludington Michigan in 2015. A buying point on our purchase was the house had an everdry system in the basement. In the nine years we’ve been here we have had absolutely no issues and no moisture in the basement. I would highly recommend this company.Everdry Basement Waterproofing
