We had a great experience with Bill! He was a very professional, down-to-earth guy. He walked through the findings with us, showed us photos, and explained everything we needed to know. He walked through things that needed attention though a "dad" lens - and I really appreciated that. Not only did it make us feel a lot more confident of the things we needed to do right away for the safety of our boys, it also helped us negotiate with the seller things that needed to be fixed prior to closing. My dad came to see the house and stayed for the walkthrough, and was impressed with Bill and his findings and advice. The report we got back was great, too! I would definitely recommend.

Bill took time to explain to me how a couple different systems in the house work and how to maintain them. I have used other inspectors for different properties, but none of them were as thorough as Bill. You won't go wrong hiring him.Inspect-It 1st of Andover

Bill thoroughly explained everything that needed attention. I was able to be present for most of the inspection which helped me plan for what needed to be done after we moved into our house. **** was absolutely phenomenal! I couldnt have asked for a better or friendlier inspector. He not only thoroughly made sure to inspect everything as if his own daughter - his words - were moving in, but he even showed me how to winterize things and maintain them as Ive never owned a house before. I will definitely be recommending him to others, and I feel like the price I paid was completely fair. Overall, fabulous experience to making sure my new home is in proper working condition while also knowing the things Ill need to pay attention to.Inspect-It 1st of Andover
