Bill has inspected several homes for my buyers and I couldn’t be happier! He is VERY thorough, learns what the buyers needs to know, then educates them without scaring them out of purchasing a home. He is very honest and upfront and let’s my buyers know what is a major safety concern and what is the result of a “used home”. He also informs them of things they may need to save up for to replace in the future. He always provides good, useful links to learn more on specific things. He has always made himself available for me and my buyers to answer any questions that come up. He has even made himself available for conversations with contractors that need to do follow-up work.
I would highly recommend Bill and Inspect-It First of Andover as a top-notch, dependable inspector!

I bought my house without seeing it in person. After Bill did the inspection, he walked me through all the things he had written in his report so I had a feel for what was going on with the house. 5 starsBill is amazing! I have interacted with him on two different inspections and he was thorough and kind in both. Patient with me as a first time home buyer and more than happy to interact with the people I brought along for the inspection review. After the review, those same people said that they wished they knew Bill before they bought their home. His genuine caring and in-depth inspection could have saved them some headaches!
