Jose T. did a great job. He communicated everything with me, was accommodating to all requests I made, and professional and pleasant to work with.

They came in and got wet carpet pulled up and out before they left. Worked very hard. Set up fans and blowers to dry things out. They came every day to monitor and pull out fans where not needed. Now we are into reconstruction phase. Our sump malfunctioned. New house big finished basement. Suggest to all of you that read this: Never rely on one sump, get a back up on battery/alarm. And get a rider on your homeowners insurance to cover sump pump malfunctions.

So far while working on our garage that had a fire inside of it early spring of 2024. We have been TRESPASSED upon by their employees CHARGED FOR DUMPSTERS that never GOT DELIVERED, had personal belongings STOLEN under the guise that it was trash and being thrown away in the GHOOST ROLLOFF they charged us for that we NEVER SAW. they gave us an estimate before hand, so far the total has been WILDLY more than their estimate. they have REFUSED to send us an itemized receipt, And the lady in their financial department is using high-pressure tactics, THREATENING my mother that we are going to be billed and sued by them unless we paid them within a certain amount of HOURS not days weeks or months… hours, for work that they have done mostly incorrectly, and I’ve had to come back at nearly every stage of this process to do it over. Their workers have done ILLEGAL things INSIDE OUR HOUSE, when where they should be working is a detached garage, NOT CONNECTED TO OUR HOUSE and I woke up to find one of THEIR EMPLOYEES INSIDE MY HOUSE and his excuse was he didn’t know which room he was supposed to be working in.. they are clearly making an attempt to use every single dollar, Our insurance company has allotted for this garage to be fixed. UNFORTUNATELY there are more issues. I just don’t have the patience to keep explaining it nor the characters remaining in this text box. But we have been hounded by them at every turn to pay without receiving an explanation or itemized receipt of work completed and threatened to be sued personal space and boundaries invaded and an overall horrible experience that I’m sure as common practice with these people because they have not batted a single eyelash while trying to fleece us at every turn. I’m gonna try to upload some pictures of the work that they’ve done so far and just know they either refused to come and fix it or it’s their third or fourth attempt at it

    Terrible Experience
Cost differential between the initial estimate provided in fall of 2023 and the amount we should actually be charged based on materials used and work completed.
By choosing mostly ceramic tile (over marble), painting (instead of applying wallpaper), not replacing an infloor radiant heat we reduced the cost of materials used by ~$9,000 compared to initial estimate.
They had me sign a change order without explaining what it was for, but turned out to be a transition of the materials not used/work not done to pay for "additional labor costs."
They are claiming that the additional labor for tile was $8,000 and the additional labor for painting was $3,200.
The original estimate was a total of just over $38,000. This puts the suprise "additional" labor amount as 30% over the original budget.
The tiler told me the job took another 1.5 days over what he estimated (which I'm being charged 8,000 for). The project manager is falsely claiming that the removal of wallpaper and painting took an additional 2.5 days over estimate, when that aspect of the job took 2.5 days total (they are charging an additional 3,200 for this).

Do not sign an AOB with this organization. They will take your money and not finish the work. They will also use threatening tactics for you to endorse your money. Make sure your contract has a clause on how much they will deduct for the delay in completing the work by the deadline.
The work I am supervising is 4 months past due and they are telling me that they will not do the work until they get fully paid, when it should be that they will get fully paid when they complete the work.
Further more, make sure you check with your insurance company before hiring or signing with them to do the work. Your insurance company will have documentation on how bad 24 Restore is and the threatening tactics they use.
Finally, they use their own sub companies to do the work and they at time over bill you or double charge for work done in two different areas. Their sub company did not properly install the sump pump in the basement and not the area they dug up and cemented over is more than 1 inch of the level floor. They are refusing to fix this.

I strongly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. We hired them to replace our flooring due to our upstairs flooding. Their communication is nonexistent, their workmanship is below par, the subcontractors that they hire are not equipped to do the job, and they rip off your insurance company. When the subcontractors show up on their scheduled days to finish the work, the ** hasnt spoke to them, nor have they been able to get ahold of the ** themselves, materials were never ordered when they said they were, and no one knows whats going on. Every time someone from this company came out to do their job, or fix said job, they made matters worse. The trim in my home is destroyed, they left gouges in my walls, gouges and scratches on the door frames, they did not fill any of the nail holes on the quarter round, they left some spots of quarter round completely unfinished when they claimed it was complete, and admitted to sending out a tile company to come and finish the trim/quarter round work, which is why they claimed it was done improperly. The project began in January, and we are now into April and this was something that could have been finished in a month easy. There was an instance on the phone where I felt threatened by one of the employees because of the comment that was made saying ask her if she wants another ** to come over there, Ill go over there and hang out with em for a bit. Proceeding to laugh.Be sure to ask insurance for an itemized list of charges, and look into that carefully. We totaled up $6,500 worth of materials and labor that they also admitted to not doing, but charged us for anyways. You could never get ahold of the **, his phone just rolled over to the office every time. He never came to check in on any of the work, and didnt order materials when he said he did. He also lied and wrote in our file that he spoke to us on x day at x time when we have all the records showing that never happened. Steer clear.

Our project manager lied to get our signature on the paper work, to get the restoration work started. ********* said it would start right away after the demo crew finished work. What a lie! Our house waited 4 months after the demo completed To have the restoration to start. I called several times a week just to get lies from ******************************* (project manager) on schedule. After the tile work was done very sloppy And needed major repairs, and cleaning , ********* came out and said I should do the repair work because I have nothing to do (his idiot opinion), and Im only worth 25 per hour. I said to him I dont want to do home maintenance that I paid ********** to do. My recommendation to anyone who is looking for a home restoration service is to RUN from **********!!!*******, Garbage in my opinion.

We recently engaged 24Restore for water damage mitigation and reconstruction services. I have engaged quite a few construction contractors, but I have never encountered one as bad as 24Restore. They were very inept from the beginning to the end for what was a rather simple reflooring in a basement and some drywall/shower repair. First off, the project manager was very hands off and unavailable for much of this project, which was delayed almost 2 months after the indicated completion date. He never visited the home after the initial meeting to take measurements, despite insisting that he had. The subcontractor they hired said that he never came to look at the work. The project manager indicated that the work had been completed a couple of times and asked for final payment but in fact the work was not complete. The subcontractor also said the project manager forgot to order floor transition and stair nose pieces which delayed completion. We were never able to directly contact him with issues as his phone always rolled to the main receptionist and then we didnt get responses for days or a week. He rarely responded to emails unless I copied his supervisor. The flooring subcontractor was also very subpar in laying interlocking LVP flooring. He cut the ends far too short which left a glaring gap between the existing floor moulding and the floor. 24Restores solution was to add a base shoe and wanted to charge us for the time and materials. After we negotiated to not pay for this, they ended up installing quarter-round instead of base shoe which now looks ridiculous. The project manager also ordered a significant excess amount of flooring, transition, and stair nose pieces and refused to give credit for it (even though the transition and stair nose measurements were very easy and exact). I can only assume this was done to increase their revenue on the project. We will never consider using 24Restore for any future work.
