  We recently engaged 24Restore for water damage mitigation and reconstruction services. I have engaged quite a few construction contractors, but I have never encountered one as bad as 24Restore. They were very inept from the beginning to the end for what was a rather simple reflooring in a basement and some drywall/shower repair.
  First off, the “project manager” was very hands off and unavailable for much of this project, which was delayed almost 2 months after the indicated completion date. He never visited the home after the initial meeting to take measurements, despite insisting that he had. The subcontractor they hired said that he never came to look at the work. The “project manager” indicated that the work had been completed a couple of times and asked for final payment but in fact the work was not complete. The subcontractor also said the “project manager” forgot to order floor transition and stair nose pieces which delayed completion. We were never able to directly contact him with issues as his phone always rolled to the main receptionist and then we didn’t get responses for days or a week. He rarely responded to emails unless I copied his supervisor.
  The flooring subcontractor was also very subpar in laying interlocking LVP flooring. He cut the ends far too short which left a glaring gap between the existing floor moulding and the floor. 24Restore’s solution was to add a base shoe and wanted to charge us for the time and materials. After we negotiated to not pay for this, they ended up installing quarter-round instead of base shoe which now looks ridiculous.
  The “project manager” also ordered a significant excess amount of flooring, transition, and stair nose pieces and refused to give credit for it (even though the transition and stair nose measurements were very easy and exact). I can only assume this was done to increase their revenue on the project.
  We will never consider using 24Restore for any future work.

  Worst company. Shady business, shady business practices and they are ambulance chasers. They will be knocking on your door to sign a contract before the fire is even out. They lie about who called them and the lie about the services they provide. This company should be out of business.

  Had a wonderful experience working with 24 Restore! Nolan was my contact throughout the process and was absolutely amazing. He kept me well informed of what was happening and next steps, notified me 15 minutes prior to arrival each day and was very thorough in all the work he completed. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

  I do not recommend this business. They made a huge sell of "doing everything" but neglected to tell us during their pitch that they don't have licensed plumbers and therefore, would not be able to fix our actual problem (leaking toilet seal). We hired them specifically because they told us they would do "everything from start to finish." I am not surprised in the least that they are not BBB accredited. From my experience they do not deserve it, considering their business practices. When I called their customer service line, I was told that they do hundreds of jobs, my concern is not a common one, and they are not responsible for the miscommunication: I signed the contract and I'm on the hook for it. This demonstrates that they are in this for the numbers instead of providing an individual level of service. They are too big to care, with too-slick salesmen who conveniently leave out what they'll be sticking you with later. For us, it's a non-working toilet right before the holidays.

  Worst customer service ever! But quick to call and tell you they taking you to court! We were recommended by our insurance to go through them. They came out did the the work. While still going through insurance- which was told to us it would be covered to having it being denied by our insurance. Back and forth with 24hr restore. I emailed 3 separate people. I would get a response and say we will get back with you. Nothing for weeks. One left company, one took a leave one never email back. Taking weeks to get back to me. Leaving messages no response. I get a call from Marv- we taking y’all to court with no payment. Wtf! Emailed right away, no response. I had to email due to my phone not working. Even with explaining. No response. Asked what payment options they had. Cost of almost 3k! Was told it had to be paid in 3 months. I am a single mother- told them I can not afford $900 a month. Was told I needed to pay that I couldn’t do anything about it. They would not try to work with customers. Threaten with court, if u don’t pay. I was force to do collateral in my car to pay for this. I emailed 3 times if they received payment. I called no response. Worst customer service skills ever! I WILL never recommend this place to anyone! And I have told my insurance company to not send people to them!

  OUTSTANDING 6 STAR REVIEW for Nolan, Loren, and John my mitigation and project manager team, I had a sudden water leak affecting the main floor office and my upstairs laundry room. These angels worked until 9 pm and checked over the weekend the dry out process. Now we can move on to restoration!

  24 Restore is the WORST company!! They have NO customer service. They do not communicate with the customer. They took almost 2 months to remove the water damage in our home. They insist on billing & calling the customer for bills to be submitted and paid by insurance. Once they receive insurance payment it takes up to 3 weeks for them to cash the check while continuing to send bills to the customer. If I hadn't stayed on top of them, they would have installed the wrong vanity, ceiling tiles, and shower curb. They subcontract tiling and other trades, but refuse to subcontract HVAC, plumbing, of electric. They recently sent an amendment to the original estimate for work that was already completed. This is a just start! Please don't let them do this to anyone else.

  Had an initial meeting with them to discuss my damage needing repair and request an estimate. They claimed to get an estimate, I had to fill out a bit of paperwork. I advised I was still interviewing other roofing companies at the time. Suddenly, I receive contact from my insurance company that the information submitted by this company was inadequate. They were copied on the email. I responded that they were not my roofer of choice, and I had selected a different company. 24Restore contacted me and advised we had a contract and I would be held to this contract (the "paperwork" I filled out to get the estimate). After playing telephone tag for several days, I finally connected with the person. They insisted they be reimbursed for all the "work" they had done for my claim. They started with 10% of their estimate; which equated to $2,500.00. I said that was way too much for someone who had virtually done nothing for me. They offered only paying 5%. I ended up paying these people $1,250.00 just to go away. This came out of my pocket - not from any insurance company.

  If I could score negative, I would.
  TERRIBLE business.
  Flood in our kitchen so we needed our flooring replaced.
  Sales rep came over sick, made us get our own samples, installers smoked in the house during install. Flooring was defective (maybe not their fault) and lifting weeks after install.
  Took TWO YEARS of calling/emailing to get them to send someone out to confirm defective flooring was installed. They requested we allowed them to take the check and we pay them additional money for new flooring. When we told them we weren't paying more- they ghosted us.
  Have been calling for NINE months to get them to schedule date of service. Finally got a call back and date. They were over an hour late, and when we called to follow up they stated they were 5 minutes out ONLY to get a call 20 minutes later that they didn't even have the material! I don't even know what "material" has been ordered to be installed because NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. DO NOT USE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. The receptionist will tell you they are always in a meeting and that you are guaranteed a call back by EOD and it NEVER happens. There are also apparently no managers that work their either.

  Fantastic service!!! Jose T and his crew showed up hour or two after my plumber contacted them. Broken water pipe between floors. Pantry was cleaned up. Water leaks from broken pipe removed, saving my hardwood floors & interior walls.
  Highly recommended, & THANK YOU again.
