We had a water leak in our kitchen and I can not recommend 24Restore enough. **** came out for all the water removal and drying and I couldn't have asked for a more competent person to take care of my house. He took his time and explained everything and what all the equipment was for, along with what and why he was doing what he was doing. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly want to help. Thank you for making a stressful situation that much better.24Restore

2 starsMovers did a horrible job. Came with plastic garbage bags and broke several things. Renovation team broke more things, and again the movers were terrible. Placing items directly onto a litter box. I complained to the project manager and got no response. Clearly they don't care.Review fromLyle B

I wish to provide a review of the Mitigation work performed by **************** his crew. I was very impressed with the work performed. Very efficient with the work done, demonstrated with the "clean & Tidy" condition of the job site & timely fashion it was completed. Every encounter was complemented by communications of when to expect his return. I was also advised the day prior to his visit as well as when on the way to my job site. Every work day I received a list of tasks performed, via text or face to face if I was available. I was a pleasure to have this crew perform the mitigation work. I had follow up encounter with the restoration project manager. ********* was very complete in his explanation of what to expect, encouraging me to ask questions. My restoration work is to start soon. Overall a very encouraging experience.24Restore
