      If youre in the process of purchasing a car. Please whatever you do, dont allow Wings to be the bank to service your car loan. Ive been diagnosed with cancer and multiple surgeries and just completed my 1st round of iodine radiation. I have provided proper documentation to show them that Im in a financial need. Wings customer service isnt personable. Everyone has a monotone voice and everyone comes off as rude. I literally had to tell a representative that it was 7:30am why does she have an attitude. The customer service rep ***** attempted to call my phone and sent a repossession. letter because I didnt answer my phone at 9am. I called back later that day and spoke with customer service rep ***** and she was extremely rude. She told me the letter was already sent out. I asked why didnt I get a 24hr wait to respond to the call. ***** told me the letter was sent and if I wait until Nov. 30th to make a payment they will add on Nov. payment as well. *** worked with multiple customer service reps that helped me, and I was confused at to why ***** got ahold of my account if I was already working with someone else. This year hasnt been the best and Im struggling bad. Ive spoken to managers and they all are the same. They dont care, I also had to remove insurance because I cant afford it right now, ***** added insurance and also raised my car payment to $669. I provided insurance to them and they kept the payment the same because they informed me I have to also pay them back because my car wasnt insured and they had to cover it. Please if you fall behind they will not help you. You can only skip a month if youre current. You can also only skip a month once a year. They will also add on repossessions fees even if your car isnt repossessed. This company is horrible, please save yourself. Life has hit me hard this year and Wings is the only company not willing to work with me. They should honestly be investigated.I havent recovered because Im stressed.

      Dishonest credit union union!. Keep your money safe and go to a different credit union. They do not follow their own terms nor do they understand them so they will cheat you. Customer service has been outsourced and as a result is careless. Avoid them at all costs. I regret not reading reviews and seeing how terrible they are. Consistent bad reviews everywhere.

      This complaint is for location at **********, **. I opened my accounts in person under the promo of a $200 bonus (for a checking and another for a credit card), I did all the required requirement.... and did sign up for an e-statement. I've been receiving messages to sign up for e-statement on my phone and I kept on signing up.... until I thought of going to the branch office and asked. Then staff finally did it again on her desk computer. I was also wondering why I haven't received the bonuses yet, so she told me it would be another 2 months (despite I was told upon opening accounts that it'd be 2 months from date of opening accounts. Another reason I went in to the bank personally. Now 4 months passed I thought I should be getting my bonuses, but NO. They said I did not sign up for e-statements. WHAT? I did many times from the start, in fact I have NOT received any paper statements at all, not once, not even the first month! I talked to the manager about this situation and he said he'd check with the main office. No answer in a week. I made a follow up twice, and the third time he said they cannot give me the bonuses for the reason that I did not sign up for e-statement within 60 days of opening accounts. BS. I did as I have explained over and over. This is the worst bank service and the most DECEPTIVE promotion. Very UNHAPPY, feel deceived and cheated. DON'T BANK WITH THEM. I decided to close all my accounts.

      **************** is terrible. You will be on hold a lot. They handle nothing in house. If you have to report a card lost or stolen. You will have to follow their stupid automated prompts than wait for someone to answer. Once they answer, that person can report the card lost. They will give you another phone number where you do they prompts again. This time the wait music is so loud and you get told repeatedly how important you are to them. Use to bank with soo line credit, a good small town bank. After merging with this bank out of the cities its been s***

      Discriminating and unfair practices. I applied online for membership. Was contacted the next day and asked identifying questions. Was told my answers passed and was sent documents via DocuSign to complete the opening of my account. Was given an ** number. Set up online access. Initial deposit was processed. External accounts were set up and verified. A transfer was set up but not processed but I didn't know why so, after a week of not seeing the transfer, I called in. Was told a hold was put on my account due to an issue with my driver's license number. Was transferred to the ***************************** to leave a voicemail for someone to call me to explain the issue. No one called. I called the executive office and the person I spoke with took the information and passed it on. Received a call later that day. Was told "we can't identify you based on the information you provided". I asked why the account was even opened if they claim they can't identify me. The person I spoke with was not allowed to answer any of my questions. When I was called and asked the ** questions, I told the representative that I was opening the account to earn the bonus money they were offering in July. Guess they decided they don't want to pay bonus money so they made up some story about not being able to identify me, after they already did. I filed a complaint with the **** asking that they investigate Wings unfair practices. Wish I had read all of these reviews before I attempted to do business with Wings. They make up their own rules as they go along and have discriminatory practices. They checked my credit report because I can see the inquiry on Experian. they made deposits/withdrawals to my external accounts, they charged my credit card for the initial deposit. And, after all of that, they can't identify me?!?!?! And, they didn't bother to tell me but, instead, left me wondering why the transfer of funds didn't happen. And, when I ask what the issue is, it's "confidential".

      Terrible credit union stay away from them at all costs! Manager **** was the worst most unhelpful person. They will hold your money for 3 days cash or check deposit. They could care less about how that affects people who live paycheck to paycheck rude abusive people that definitely need a new job. Would be zero stars if possible
