      I would never use the Silverline Windows manufactured by these people. I have had a window by Silverline that was warranted for 10 years and needed replaced in less than 7 years. I have been COMPLETELY dissatisfied by the way this company handled the warranty. I got piecemeal replacement of the necessary parts over at least a year of calling and asking and calling and asking, etc. Oh, and by the way good luck finding ANYONE who will install a window unless it is their own, including ********! It took me so long to find ANYONE to install the new window it was ridiculous. I still don't believe I received everything I needed to have the window installed properly, and sure enough, it was NOT installed properly. Now I am just stuck! I would never use this company or the Silverline vinyl window products that they sold to me ever again. Anything has to be better than the quality and service I have received.

      warranty are worth garbage. warranty for storm door is only for original owner. they are not transferrable to new owners of the house. even if in the mortgage all warranty's were transferred to new home owners. terrible costumer service. stuck with leaking doors. i was also told the doors are "not water proof"

      My husband of *************************************************************************************************************** parking lot there should be an employee DO NOT DATE POLICY OR TERMINATION!! This Women still works there my husband has quite that job A friend of mine said she moved on to a new employee were there a lot of *** going on between them in the parking lot and restroom again its sad that this is a job were u can get laid in the restroom

      I have a newly constructed home. The Retractable screen doors I purchased with most expensive 3 sets of outswing patio French doors are unusable. Tension for owning/closing cannot be adjusted. Must use two hands to control the release levers. The retractable screen didn't retract smoothly, therefore is now bunched up and unusable. ********** suggested list of repair servicers want no parts of repairing these screens after they replaced 3 new sets of housing units with screens. They proved to be worse than the original ones. Each repair person has told me there are design flaws with this product and can't be adjusted or repaired. BTW... each service call cost me an out of pocket expense of $300 since ******** doesn't cover service calls in their warranty. One service person suggested I call another more reliable company, Phantom retractable screens, which I did. They give a 2 yr warranty on all parts AND labor, so you know it's a good product. I had one recently installed to see how I like it and it's working beautifully! I just ordered 2 more. I've contacted ******** customer service several times, but reps just give me the run around. All I want is my refund for the 3 sets of retractable screens so I can open my doors without bugs flying in. ******** is not the reliable quality company it was when we purchased our first home complete with ******** windows and doors 40 years ago. After reading these many complaints, I expect a generic reply that an ******** Rep will reach out to me. What happened to the dependable high quality company who stood behind their products? I need this disturbing, frustrating, unacceptable, ongoing issue to be resolved.

      **************** is the worst that I have ever experienced. Screen door was damaged upon opening box. Something I can easily fix with the right part. Had trouble with the call center and after 10 minutes he hung up on me. If I could give them a negative star I would. Good luck trying to talk to someone at the factory as I know they could send me the correct part but cant get through. Im done with ******** products

      If you plan to purchase hardware for an older storm door save your $. I spoke with 2 phone reps who "ASSURED" me the door hardware I ordered would fit after I provided the serial number from the door. It didn't. I tried to get Andersen to email me a return shipping label since both reps I spoke with during the ordering process "ASSURED" me the parts would fit. The rep I spoke with in regard to the return blamed me stating, "I was the one that gave them the serial #". During the conversation there was mention that their parts had been modified / updated...which is likely the reason they wouldn't fit my door. To top the conversation off I was charged another .24 cent restocking fee.

      Ordered a screen for my bedroom on 5/17/22.They delivered it to a different name ************************* at my address .We returned it to *** thinking it was an incorrect delivery.I am not *************************.They never retrieved the purchase nor provided any help.Do not order from this company they do not care about their customers .It took4 months to get the wrong delivery after we paid and waited.

      ******** corporation has never contacted me about my defective windows . I'm a builder and would NEVER use ******** windows or renewal by Andersen why ? They don't stand up to there warrants so using renewal by Andersen the same junk!
