We had an issue with the roof. Luke came out to look at the situation - even going into the attic to check for damage. He was very thorough in explaining what he found and the options to us. He gave us peace of mind letting us know it was not something that needed immediate attention but to monitor for now. We will be calling them when we address the situation to have them fix it. We appreciate his honesty and we recommend this company.

The Arko team did a great job wotking with getting roof reshingled following hail damage. I could never have provided the information needed to my insurance company. Nick did a great job listening to my concerns and making sure the team provided quality work. I would highly recommend using Arko for your roofing and exterior work. At our State Farm agent's recommendation I called Arko Exteriors to find out how our roof condition is, given all the roofers wanting to get up there inspect it.
Nic ****** Arko's project manager was good enough to stop by to do an on-roof inspection with a sweeping to clear off the debris. As it turned out our roof is in good shape.
But the point is, I think Arko's the real deal and wouldn't hesitate hiring them to redo our roof down the road.Arko Exteriors, Inc.

Our experience with Nic at Arko was top notch. He was personable, friendly and listened to what we wanted to have completed on our project. Throughout the project, he communicated well and often. Overall, we are satisfied with the final outcome of our roof being redone.
The 5 stars is for Nic, I wish I could rate different aspects of our experience differently. For the crew, I'd probably give 2 to 3 stars. They laid tarps out around our house and garage, however it was windy and they didn't weigh them down, so a lot of tear-off material ended up in our landscaping rock. We picked up over 200 nails when they were all done with their cleanup, which included using a leaf blower to blow off patio and driveway and blew the nails and slate into the rock. When we called Nic about this, he sent Wyatt to come out with a magnet and was very thorough in the grass areas around house and found quite a few more nails. He was also very polite and friendly. In the past months since the work has been completed, we are still finding random nails. Another issue we had was when the crew was loading the shingle packs onto the roof, they were dropping them from waist level, rather then bending and setting them down. I understand they are heavy, but we now have squeaks in our house where we didn't before. It shook and rattled the house like they were going to come through the roof.
We brought our concerns to Nic and he was going to relay them to the correct people. I hope its been addressed for future customers. A few days after roof was done, we had a very hard rain with wind. There was some water in our garage by our furnace. Nic came out the same day and spent a large amount of time trying to figure out where it had come from. He was very thorough and took lots of pictures, went in attic of garage and on the roof. We determined it was from the wind blowing the rain sideways and through the exhaust pipe. It hasn't happened since so I am comfortable with that determination.Arko Exteriors, Inc.

I had a branch pierce my roof and bedroom ceiling in July, 2024. Nic, from Arko, was here the next day along with the tree service to remove the 20' long dagger from my house.
Roof was replaced a week later. They dealt with all the insurance needs, I didn't have to do anything. i've dealt with sketchy contractors in the past. These guys are the best and I highly recommend Arko for your contractor, Just ask for Nic.
Arko also covers the interior repair.

Nic, Arko's inspector who looked at my roof, determined that my roof is in good condition, but that raccoons are going on the roof. When I asked him what I should do, he offered his opinions which I'm persuing today. The importance of honesty is most important to me. Arko has an extensive list of services and will be my first call for any future needs.Arko Exteriors, Inc.
