      Arko Exteriors did a great job re-roofing my house. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and speed at which the project was completed. Also, Nic ****** was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer any of our questions or address any of our concerns. He is a valuable asset to Arko Exteriors.

      The representative of their company quoted me an amount that I would have to pay. I asked if I should contact my insurance company and he told me No, I didn't have to, that he would work with the insurance company and that was his job so "he knows how it goes" and not to worry. Well, instead of the amount of "under $2,720" that was told to me, I received an invoice for $5,088.86!!! I called the number listed on the invoice (Luke) several times, no response. The employee that I worked with was "no longer employed" there. I finally received a call from Wyatt and all he could do for me was get me a payment plan for the amount of $5,088.86. They did NOT stand behind the quote that was given to me! Their job was bad - I found roofing nails, bits of shingles in my yard and they took off my leaf guards and put them behind my couch on the deck and left them there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEIR CLAIM ON THE INTERNET SAYS THAT THEY WORK FOR YOU AND WITH YOUR INSURANCE WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!
