      We placed an order December 9, 2022 on the portal ******** provided...Payment was required up front. There was no confirmation email sent to us so we lost track of the company/transaction until I just recently discovered a bank statement with that line item; and the company. After researching the company on ******** and ****** I discovered that the were a SCAM and no longer answer phone calls or email.

      I ordered 2 metal signs from this company on December 15,2023 and they have never given me my product! I emailed them several times trying to find out any information on my order, they do not return emails and the business phone number is disconnected. They advertise online orders will be shipped in 3 days. Im still waiting for something anything and I got nothing!

      Purchases custom metal art via ******** ad.Never received receipt of purchase, or any indication order was received.CC was charged. ***** attempts to contact VMA - phone disconnected, website pulled down, email does not go through. This company is a total SCAM.

      Placed an order on 12/9/2023 for ***** for a 20x20 inch square personalized metal sign. Item was paid for and cleared my bank account on 12/11/2023. I never received a confirmation number for the item. Never received the item. I tried to call the phone number on their website and it is disconnected. I emailed the company twice with no response. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank

      I ordered two metal signs from this company on 12/10/23 and online it says it should be sent within 3 days, but I never received anything. I have tried contacting the company 3 different times with no replies and they wont reimburse me. Their number is disconnected and I have no other way to contact them.

      I ordered a sign through vo metal which was advertised on ******** in december of 2022.I paid with debit card online and got information stating they were getting my order ready to be shipped and that they will notify me when it has been sent. I've tried emailing them but says invalid email. I've tried calling but no response. I have not received item. I want a refund.

      Still haven't received my 2 metal sign orders. Preferably I'd still like to have the products. But probably not going to happen. I have my bank statement that justifies that it has been paid in full. The 1st order is #**** for $116.65 done on 11/05/22, that read ******'S GARAGE, and the 2nd order is #**** for $129.00 done on 12/01/22, and it read ***************, and I've only received 1 email from them stating they are lowstaffed and will get the order out asap. It is now 12/03/23 and the next Christmas is near. I disappointed my son last year without those 2 signs. It would be nice to know they were still coming. But if not, I want a FULL refund. This has made me very angry!

      Trying to follow up on previously filed complaint on VO Metal. I never heard a word back from you. The company will not respond, refund or deliver product.
