      Order was placed October 26,2023 Charges of $244.80 (including expedited shipping) cleared my account 10/27/********* items were ordered and only 1 item received 12/1/22 Emails were sent - starting in November (as one item was a retirement gift for November party)2nd request emailed 12/1/22 when first item arrived ,3rd email on 12/14/2023 4th email was 1/5/2023 giving above details and request for shipping date 1/5/23 response was "Christmas order" and respond as "fast as we can"starting 2/15/23 emails bounce back (several months of trying) and phone calls never returned tried to dispute claim with my bank but it had been over 6 months (I was trying to give VO time to meet the order, as I liked the one item I received)at this time I just want a refund for the 2 items and the $19.90 extra for 10 day shipping

      I purchased 2 metal signs on 11/11/22 for $99.00, as of 7/11/23 I still have not received my products. I have emailed the company from more than one email address and it comes back and undeliverable. I have called the contact, to get a recording stating the orders are behind due to staffing issues but there is not a way to leave a message. I do not have my products and I did not get a refund.

      SP VO Metal Center took my order ( order # ****) in the amount of $97.31 and took the money from my account on November 25, 2022. It is now June 2,2023 and have not received my order. Contacted them twice thru e-mail and got standard reply about being short staffed. Tried calling on the phone and got voice mail but they never returned my call. These were two hockey plaques for my grandsons for Christmas of 2022. Would like to have my money back.

      I placed an order in December of 2022 for $404 and never received my order. We have sent countless emails, voicemails, ******** comments and messages with zero response. I just want my money back! So disappointing.

      ordered metal design with family name on 11/14/22 for $ ******. product did not arrive till 2/25/23. product was not correct. piece of metal was broken/cut off and name was spelled incorrectly. I have left multiple voicemails and emailed company. i have never received any response. I would like my money back.

      Purchased a sign December 13, 2022 for a total of $118.99 with an email confirmation of order **** stating that I would be notified upon shipment. That email never was received and I have reached out multiple times with no answer as to why I have not received what I had ordered.

      On November 25. 2022 I ordered 130$ worth of metal signs for my husband's Christmas gift. Received a confirmation number of #ARAN31FHF.I tried calling and e-mailing before and immediately after Christmas but got no reply. So my husband received no gift from me. I just called and got an automated message. Their e-mail address is no longer active. I have yet to ever have any real correspondence with this company other than them taking my money. I even tried responding to their " we miss you" e-mail to no avail.

      Date of Transaction : 12/2/2023 Amount paid : $128 Order number: **** Items: truck monogram customs ****************** 2 signs I was only sent one custom sign, not two. I have an email confirmation, stating I ordered two. I emailed the company, they replied with they are short staffed and trying to catch up on orders. I waited a month emailed again, got an undelivered email sent to me saying the email address was wrong. So the companys email is no longer working. I then had my husband call he got no answer left a voicemail, no return call. I want my money back for the second sign, I have since moved. So even if this company decides to send the sign a year later I wont be there to get it. Please help me.
