      VO Metal Art is a total Scam. Their phone number is disconnected and they do not respond to emails. I have requested a refund and I am in the process of disputing the charges.

      Ordered and Paid for 3 diffrent metal pieces the largest 30 x30 ***** metal name plate in the Cobalt blue color. *************************** name plate with address.And last one was ********** name wall plate for witch did receive it was not the larger size that I had ordered, my recipient taught it was fabulous I new it was too small. Cept calling they would reply with my anger but only to say they have a lot of ordered and are short staffed to please be patient LOL not so kind

      Ordered a monogram for my grandson back in November 11, 2022. I never received the product before xmas as guaranteed. It is now August 2023, emailed numerous times get the same message and have called the number every week only to receive the voicemail and never a return call back. It is disheartening to have this happen. I have filed a claim with my bank to get my money back.

      Ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts back in October of 2022. Never received them or my money back. When I try to email them it bounces back as undeliverable. No one answers the phone either. What a scam!!!

      I placed a $400 order in October 22 for Christmas delivery, never received, never contacted me until I sent a message inquiring where my order was. Only response was they were behind in production. Still have not received my order!!

      Not even worth 1 star! I placed an order at the end of November 2022 and even opted for the fast delivery so that the item arrives before christmas,nothing happened,no email from them or any notice saying that they have issues. Cant even try to email them,or get hold of them through ******** and not even talking about their office number. I really want my money back

      I placed 2 orders with them December 2022.The money was taken out of my PayPal account right away. I have been trying to reach them but no response. Emails,phone calls. To call the business is a joke. Vometal please leave a message and phone number will get back to you! No calls from them!They got my money and I got nothing!

      I placed an order in December. I emailed them in January inquiring about my order. They responded saying they were short staffed. I tried to email them again in February and their email no longer exists.
