      I order two pieces from VO Metal Center on 11/6/22; they charged my credit card immediately. Their business website claims a **** business day turnaround. On 11/30/22, after I had heard nothing more from the company, I inquired about a ship date, only to get an automated e-mail response. Multiple calls on different days went unanswered and unreturned. Nine days after I canceled my order (by e-mail and voice mail) and initiated a refund request with my credit card company, I received an e-mail from VO saying ONE of my two pieces was being shipped. They told my credit card company that they shipped the order in full, which is false. They are refusing to provide a refund. The one piece that did ship arrived damaged, so I am waiting to hear from my credit card company on how they want me to proceed with that. I don't want anyone else to become victim to this company. I will let my credit card company take care of getting my refund, but I wanted the BBB to be aware this company is a scam.

      12-13-2022 ordered online for sign to be made. PAYED $183.79 ORDER #**** got email saying my order was being processed I will get another email when product is being sent.12-31-2022 I sent email to email address provided on website for customer service. This is the response I got We are so sorry, we are low staffed and we are trying to process all Christmas orders. We will email you as soon as we can we are trying ton get to all emails as fast as we can.Thank you for your patience.TRIED again to email JANUARY 27 2023 go the exact same response Today FEBRUARY 6 2023 tried calling ************ goes straight to voice mail! I have no way to get a hold of anyone in this company I want my money returned to me

      I placed an order with VO Metal in early December 2022 after seeing many ads on my social media feeds. Ads were very professionally created as was their website. Upon placing the order my credit card was immediately billed and I received a confirmation email from VO Metal for the order. The email had no shipping timeline so I emailed them to inquire. I received a message stating they were short handed but no timeline was provided. I emailed again for an answer and no response. I then called and went straight to VM. Left message with no return call. I realized this was a scam so I contacted my credit card company to dispute and received a refund. CC company says the company never contacted them but have until 2/24/23 to respond. *** sent several messages to company stating I was cancelling the order in the event they try to collect payment. I have received one email in late Jan. from VO Metal stating my order was shipping soon. Guess this is just another attempt for then to continue to defraud people. I emailed and no response. I hope the BBB can alert the Secretary of State in ** so they prosecute these crooks.
