      I placed an order in November and have never received it.. and now there not answering my emails.. very disappointed in vo metals..Bad business

      Placed order on February 2, 2023. Paid through PayPal because said would not take credit card. It is now March and we are still waiting for our order. Emails bounce back and phone goes straight to a generic voicemail. At least the company does not have a credit card number. I would leave no stars, but I have to select at least one to post the review.

      My ******** ordered a 24'' metal eagle in November 2022. By early January, we still had not received it. We made several calls to the company and only got their voice mail telling us how busy they are. We contacted our credit card company and filed a dispute and we received a credit for $110 - the amount of the purchase.A few days later, we received a 17" eagle. I immediately took the package to the post office and returned it. In the meantime, VO Metal provided proof to our credit card company that they sent the product to us - (albeit one much smaller than the one we originally ordered), so our credit card company reversed the credit they gave us.Now, our credit card company is telling us that the dispute is closed and there is nothing they can do. We can NEVER reach anyone at VO Metal. They still owe us a refund.

      Do not order from this company. I placed an order in October 22. We never received the product or refund. No answer to phone calls or email.

      This company is a SCAM! I placed an order in December 2022 and have yet to receive. Once they get your money your screwed!

      Placed an order on December 6th 2022 and never received the order. Can't leave voicemail and they only respond with automated responses. Out over 150 dollars.

      I placed an order back on December 6th for christmas. I paid in full and never heard back from the company. Tried calling and no answer and tried emailing and i get an automated email back. Im out $165 which i cant afford to be out that money. I was buying a sign for a memorial which breaks my heart that I couldnt have it in time. Very sad for this thief to do this to people. He should be arrested for stealing peoples money.

      Placed my order over 4 months ago. They had no problem taking my money and never sending my order.I've reached out several time without having a response from an actual person. Just an automated message. Another reason "made in *******" looks so bad on trying to support our own products

      Well, I too ordered something, and I have not received anything. My credit card was charged. Please don't buy from this company! I will try to go through my credit card company.
