      We ordered two items totaling ****** on 12/15 hoping to get them for **** presents. Oh my, what a joke! Numerous phone calls and emails with zero response. Honestly, if I had thought clearly, do I expect anything different coming out of **, the armpit of *******. I have contacted my credit card company and have hired investigators to put a stop to this ignorance. People please do the same so we can stop these criminals.

      EXACTLY WHAT EVERY CUSTOMER IS SAYING. I FEEL TOTALLY SCAMMED TO OVER $200. I placed an order for 3 items December 10th for family members for their Christmas present and after numerous calls and emails to them I get NO reply but the preprogrammed message that they are short staffed ..bla bla bla. What irks me even more is they are sending out promotional emails with Specials for Valentines Day 50% off etc....Someone needs to STOP THEM from ripping off all of US.

      I ordered two signs for Christmas gifts on November 24, 2022 and still have not received them . I have left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails . Still no response. I am so frustrated and would like someone From the Better Business Bureau to look into this . They are sending out emails to purchase . False advertisement!!!

      I ordered a sign from vo metal on December 9, 2022 They charged the $109.00 to my card a couple of days later. It was a Christmas present. They will not respond to emails requesting information on my order. All I get is their automated response over and over again. I WANT A REFUND! They are a scam!

      VO Metal Center takes orders, immediately charges your credit card, then does not deliver the goods. They can't be reached by phone. and only sends pre-recorded email reply saying short staffed. I think they will get what coming to them soon, RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

      Purchased sign and never received. No response from emails and phone. Lost $159.00. Why are they not held accountable and closed down. This is fraud, stealing people's money.

      I placed an order in the month of December. As of today have not heard any updates on my order . My credit card has been charged! Over $200 for Christmas gifts. Still received nothing. This company had not replied to any emails or phone calls i have made to them . I just want my money back. Too late for gifts.

      The customer service is TOTALLY unresponsive. They ignore all inquiries. I would not recommend them for this reason. Will not address emails or calls. I am seeking reimbursement on a failed order by them.
