This company is beyond frustrating. For how expensive their products, the least they can have someone pick up the phone. Instead i get generic emails to schedule an orientation with 'an expert' that is 4 weeks out. Even after going thru that exercise and still the unit is not working, i am told to schedule another zoom, again, out 4 weeks. This is a scam. They delay service until 100 days pass then claim that they wont take the product back. Its very unprofessional and frustrating, especially when they claim to sell hearing aids. These are timely matters, but clearly not for them. They did a great job in not helping, that I am burnt out and my only recourse is to spend the next few months writing reviews on every site i can find to warn others. I will make the time. They charge me $2k and i have a unit that doesnt work and their phones clearly don't make outgoing calls. Let me guess, they will respond here and say that a customer care team will reach out. Hahahhahahaha. That hasnt happened in 4 months. Watch everyone! See their response, its generic and a deflection. None the less, stay clear. They are clearly avoiding dealing with folks and most of the reviews from what i was told from an ex employess have been generated by them. Not surprising. You've been warned!!Jabra Enhance

This companys customer service is nonexistent. I have tried calling with zero luck. Every time I do I get the stand thank you for calling and then straight to please leave a message. A message is left with zero response. I have tried emails. Again, no response. If it wasnt for my insurance sending me to this excuse of a company, I would definitely seek another provider. Honestly, all I can say at this point is wow to the ignorance.Jabra Enhance

I was tested for hearing loss in September and tried a ******* hearing aid but didn't like the 4K price and the sound was not natural.I did my research and just about every review site rated Jabra #1.I called them and had my hearing aids within a week.Everything was great, sound was natural, I was hearing things I hadn't heard in years and my tinnitus calmed down dramatically!Then, about a month ago, the first aid malfunctioned and was replaced.I was sent one with a short receiver and the other the wrong powered receiver.A third pair was sent and the left hearing aids battery depleted within a few hours.Talking with my assigned audiologist, she recommended their newest one that just came out and they would sell it to me at the price of the original one.Financing the new one, it was $6 more per month because of higher interest rates.I was told by the audiologist and the salesman that they would try to put a rush on the new ones because of what happened with the other ones.When checking with customer service a day later to see the status, I was told they wouldn't send them overnight and they were 7 to 10 days out!I gave up on this and cancelled my order and was given a full refund.No one has contacted me to try to resolve this and there's no way a customer can contact anyone higher in the company and there's no way they can leave a review except for sites like this.Their site says their mission was to take care of their customers no matter what but their actions say the opposite!I felt that given the circumstances, asking that the 4th replacement be sent overnight wasn't too demanding but instead, I felt they just wanted me to go away and they didn't want my business...Jabra Enhance

I have mild-to-moderate hearing loss due to childhood trauma. My first pair of high end HAs were purchased in 2009, a second pair of a different high end HA was purchased ~2016. With the new law allowing HA's to be sold over-the-counter I was dubious that I would find a pair of HAs of the same quality as I had purchased previously. I read all the surveys and reviews and many pointed to Jabra. The 100-day trial period was just one feature that made me try this company. I purchased the Enhance Select 200 (Rechargeable) with Premium Package at more than 50% less than my first two pairs. This package comes with a Charging Case, 3 Years of Hearing Care, 3 Years of Warranty, and 3 Years of ************* Protection. The support has been great with adjustments made easily and swiftly. The app has been easy to use and quite useful. It has been an advantage for me to have had so much experience with HAs prior to purchasing Jabra. That said, I think the support would be sufficient for first time HA users as well. Time will tell of the durability of the Select 200 HAs but they are not flimsy and they seem like high quality engineering. So far, great!Jabra Enhance

1 starI had heard many wonderful things about the devices available and the company, but now I am very ***** about ordering and have gone back to my search.I had checked out the website, saw a sale price running for 5 more days and then received an email with an even better offer, good for the next 7 days. NO WHERE in this material or on the website did they say "while supplies last" or that it was a discontinued model. There was no mention at all of a new model coming out. These materials were seen Tuesday night.Long story short, I went to place my order Thursday morning and was told the item was no longer available, but that "shortly" its replacement would be. The website was still fully advertising the old model and still made no mention of anything new. There was NO information about the new model or it's price to be found. I was told it happened so quickly, they weren't ready. After much asking, they finally told me the price range. I asked if there would be a discount and was told no, as it was new.I can not help but think this is bait and switch. If it isn't, and it is as innoncent as I was led to believe, then I highly doubt the structure of a company that does such a poor job with a product launch. For anyone worried about the 100 day trial period and full refund that is promised I would like to say that it is completely as advertised. I tried the Enhanced 200 aids for two months and unfortunately they were not a match for me. I sent them an email requesting information on how to return the aids. Their response was very rapid and the return procedure was quick and painless. Once they received the aids they refunded my money to my credit card, where I had initially charged them.A very good company to deal with.Jabra Enhance

2 starsI was really pleased with my new hearing aids, although it's very hard to get in contact with someone to reorder replacement cleaning supplies. You can't get through to anyone that you can understand when talking to them. I tried sending emails to Jabra and no one replies back. Now after 10 months of not having any issues with my hearing i'm having problems with the left side not working all the time. I called and got someone who I couldn't understand very well and he wanted my full credit card number to proceed. There is a 3 year warranty on these so there is no reason to provide a card number. I think the hearing are a good product but the company doesn't seem to back the product once it's been purchased.Review fromWende O

What can I say!!! These hearing aids are awesome. I went to miracle ear and they put $10,000 hearing aids in my ears, and I couldn't believe how well I could here. I didn't have $10,000. I started researching hearing aids, and based on reviews ordered Jabra Enhanced 200. They were $1800.00 for the pair. I put them in, and , no kidding, they were the same experience as the $10,000 hearing aids. I was able to connect via Bluetooth to the app and fine tooth my hearing aids. I would recommend these hearing aids to anyone with moderate hearing loss. They have changed my life. They have the best customer service and support system as well. Do not hesitate, get these hearing aids.Jabra Enhance

The best of Jabra is the staff, l have had several encounters with the regular staff and at least 3 with audiologists. They have all been very helpful . This to me is just as important as the devicesJabra Enhance
