    I have purchased 3 firearms through Guns.com and they are legit. Of the 3, I received 2 within a week and the 3rd it took 2 weeks but, it was due to high demand. The two I received within a week I was aware where it was every part of the journey to my selected FFL licensed dealer. It was perfect! The same went for the 3rd gun. This is where I will go for any future firearm purchases. Great prices and fast delivery.

    Positive experience. Process was smooth, no surprises. Gun was as expected. I would order again for the appropriate used gun. I would make the following recommendation for used guns web pages:
    More detailed photos, add ability to zoom in on the pictures. I couldn’t do that with my iPad. I noticed after looking over several used guns that many photos have been taken from a distance which without a zoom makes it difficult to see the item clearly. This zoom ability is common to other websites that sell firearms like gunbroker, gunsamerica etc.
    Add the ability to filter by condition, like ‘excellent’, ‘very good’ etc.
    I noticed more than one semi auto handgun was listed as ‘single-shot’ which makes a filter on the action type incomplete. A more thorough scrub should be done of the descriptions.

    I think the prices are fair on the site. The problem I have is that even when guns.com makes a mistake their customer service will not make it right. That makes it a company that I will not do business with. I ordered a gun from them that they stated was in stock. I then ordered magazines for that gun. A couple of days later they told me the gun was no longer in stock and they cancelled that order, but sent me the magazines for it anyway. I can't use the magazines if I don't have the gun for it. I contacted customer service several times and they continued to refuse to allow a return of the magazines that are no longer needed because the gun order was cancelled. Also, during this whole time I was still able to see the exact model gun on their web site showing it was still in stock.
    Unfortunately this is an disreputable company and I would not do business with them.

    I would definitely order from Guns.com again fast shipping , and I got exactly what I ordered. I ordered on Tuesday and the gun I ordered arrived at my ffl on Thursday morning.

    Recently purchased a brand new firearm from them, firearm arrived in unacceptable condition, contacted customer support they do not honor there products but will gladly charge you 30 shipping 15% restocking fee. Beware they will sell you garbage and charge you hefty fees for sending it back to them easy 20%gain. Will never purchase from them again. This is what's called a hustle people. Don't get scammed buy it local where you can see the actual condition of the firearm first. Very disappointed by there disregard for customer service and selling garbage. Lesson learned.

    Very positive experience with trading in one of my handguns. Was given a much better deal than taking it to local gun shop! Would have liked to take refund and use toward the purchase of a new handgun, rather than awaiting the check and then buying the next one...
