    I had ordered a rifle from here and the seller/ gun shop sold my rifle after they sent me the wrong one . I had ordered this back in July and now August they are supposed to send me a refund , but no rifle is in stock . I am not sure why they couldn't find a more reasonable solution, the correct solution was to send me the correct rifle at their cost. That's not happening I am getting a refund and have to order another rifle and spend more money do to the rifle is higher price then before. Which will take another two weeks before that happens . I can 9nly hope the rifle still stock then which isn't right at all. I am not one who likes to complain, but I ad to get this off my chest. The seller should have been the one who paid for there mistakes and guns.com should have protocols in place for this kind of misleading customers that you be shipped the right firearm.

    I placed an order for a gun and a box of ammo. Before the order was processed I wanted to cancel it as the gun in question didn't do what I needed it to do as far as performance (thank you Youtube reviews). The website has no way of canceling an order even if it hasn't been processed/shipped yet. You HAVE to email support.
    I sent an email asking them to cancel the order. They cancelled the gun order only but not the ammo order. The ammo was 300 AAC blackout which is a moderately expensive niche ammo type few firearms shoot. I do not own a 300 AAC blackout firearm. They are sending me the ammo anyways. Both items were placed in the same order, the ammo was added with the gun and purchased in the same cart.
    There clearly needs to be a way of cancelling orders through the website without reaching support. I would have cancelled this over the weekend before they even processed it and would have had no issues. By putting in this in between person and being difficult about cancelling orders they are losing more business/customers as now I will never buy from here and tell anyone I know who is thinking about using this website as a resource to not waste their time.
    If you have any issues it will be your problem to deal with and they might reluctantly help you.

    The gun I bought had been altered, and was not operational. A second Gunsmith fixed it at a cost of $430.00 parts & labor.
    He advised me that it was not operational, internal parts were broken and even aftermarket parts were wrong.

    Hi ******* - We're sorry to hear you had trouble with your recently purchased firearm. The shotgun you purchased was a used Outlet firearm and can be returned within 3 days after transfer for any mechanical malfunctions. After three calendar days have passed, all sales are final and we're not able to offer a return or other resolutions.

    A great experience with guns.com. I was hesitant to buy from Guns.com after reading some of the reviews but so glad I took a chance on them!! Nothing but a class A experience. The purchase was smooth a delivered a quality firearm at a decent price. Truly a pleasure doing business with them. Would definitely recommend them to everyone. Extremely fast and quality service!

    Purchased a revolver a few weeks back. Transaction went vey smooth. Communication was excellent from them. First time buying from them and was little nervous but everything worked without a hitch. They even sent some documents I needed to get a rebate from the gun manufacturer.
