      Send spam emails of products no longer in stock. Unsubscribe didn't work and customer service won't honor the specials they are sending out.

      This company should really be investigated for their shady online business. Online orders that are posted get cancelled after the order has been placed. This happens very often, cases and complaints can be found all over the internet about this issue. Why post items online if they will get cancelled? Are they doing it to collect customer information? Customer CC information? Or just marketing? Something doesnt seem right and should be investigated.

      Horrible ***************** Canceled an order with no communications at all. I had a $10 gift card from a previous purchase and they canceled that with my order. I called and they said they would send another gift card in 24 to 48 hours. NEVER DID! Shipping the slowest in the nation. Nobody seems to want to do their jobs that work there. NEVER AGAIN. THEY USED TO BE A GOOD BUSINESS!

      Ordered a simple battery with a free tool promotion and expected delivery within a week, waited 2 weeks emailed them and they canceled my order without my knowledge or permission and customer service replied they ran out of the free tool so they canceled the Whole order! Not honoring the promotion they committed to. Waited two weeks for not one single update or a email or anything. Terrible practices from Northern tools. Bought a battery with a free 3/8 eletric ratchet, got the battery on a deal and instead of emailing me and saying they cant do the tool or saying the online deal was messed up, instead just canceled my order with no email or message.Never Buying From This Company And Neither Will Any Of the Mechanics Here.BUYER BEWARE

      Company chronically posts products for significantly less then what the product is worth or ads "promotions" and once you place your order and share it online they allow thousands of people to place the order and then cancel it. It's their ploy to get free advertisement and it's a really bad business practice. There's tons of complaints online about them doing this. I won't promote a company scamming people for page views for fake promotions. I can understand this happening once or twice, but not almost weekly like this company does.

      I made an order earlier this year as part of it I got a online giftcard. When I went to use this giftcard on another order it said it wasn't valid as it expired. When I contacted customer support about it they said they couldn't do anything as it has a 6 month expiration date for gift cards. The thing is it hasn't been 6 months since I received the giftcard by email. Along with this my state doesn't allow expiration dates to be on giftcards.

      Stop f****** your employees over on there hours and they need better management constantly bothering the cashiers, wanting them to do the stockers work and youre not even paying them enough to do the stockers work but got the f****** right to harass him constantly about being on the phone when theres not even no customers at the register and I dont agree with having to take a lunch

      Bought a Stihl Chainsaw in Jan of "23" at the ******** ******* location. Was using it and the support handle pulled out from the bottom of the saw. Went to ******** location and employees offered no help! They told me I would have to drive it to ***** ******* or ******* ******* for repairs. They said I should call the manager on Monday if I needed more help. Called Monday and spoke to the manager "*******" he told me in all his years he has never seen a saw do that in a very accusing way and then said his employees would have given me better options if "I would have given them time to speak." They had plenty of time to "Speak" and tell me they wouldn't help me! Now I understand why the only had "ONE" car on the lot on a Saturday afternoon. Manager is very rude and unhelpful. If they can't fix a simple plastic handle RUN! ********** and Lowes for me from now on!

      I ordered a drill plus a battery set for my husband on Black Friday. we got the batteries but no drill. They kept saying it was back ordered. Now four months later they cancelled my order with no notice till I called to check the order. I have contacted them and their response was its cancelled because its no longer available. I emailed them and stated you sent me batteries with no drill! If its not available is there something cambarable with the same sale with no resonse. Please dont shop here or fall for their sales!!!!!!!!

We were hoping to be able to fulfill the backorders however have been informed by the product manufacturer that these are no longer available, If the batteries are no longer needed they can be returned for a full refund of original purchase price.

      Placed order 2-24-23 was told would have my purchase by 3-7-23 by latest 3-9-23 , i know delays happen, no contact from Northern all they say is it is in transit, i can drive to wherever my trailer is and get it quicker myself, i will not be ordering from this company ever again, they dont have the common courtesy to inform you of a delay or status of an order, customer service said the same standard answer, **************, you will get it when you get it. i will pay a little more for a reputable company this is not one. Was assured i would have the trailer by 3-9-23 needed that to happen and it didnt, thanks for nothing will make new plans,
