      This company should be out of business! I bought a Husqvarna Refurbished 455 Rancher on 1/28/23 and it's stated lead time was and still is 5-7 business days shipped from manufacturer. I received an email this morning on 2/1/23 that the saw is backordered with an expected ship date of 3/30/23. The two months is too long for my needs so I called a customer service rep this morning to cancel my order. She looked at the lead time and said she'd cancel the order, after we went over the other saws they had in stock.I then went and purchased the saw brand new from Lowes today, who had it in stock. This afternoon (same day I received backorder email) I received another email stating that my order can not be cancelled because it is "processing". They still have no updated shipping timeframe and my account shows expected receipt of my chainsaw 4/6/23 through 4/9/23. My only recourse, per their email, is to refuse shipment, pay a 15% restocking fee and return shipping, which will be deducted from my refund. This is incredible and I have never had such a bad experience with a retail store. I want to cancel my order, that isn't scheduled to ship until 3/30/23, now!

      We have researched this concern and discovered that an error was made on ours and our vendor's process. The customer was contacted yesterday and advised of the error and offered an apology by a member of our management team, We have reassured the customer that there will be no restock or shipping fees associated with this return/cancellation.

      I ordered on November because they had a promotion for every 100 they would send a gift card.today is January 6 and I'm still waiting on my order. But they sent me an expired gift card. I've been asking about it for the last almost 2 months they just kept changing the date. Buyer beware

      Bait and switch company. They refused to honor a Milwaukee promotion where you buy two Milwaukee batteries and get an inflator. They took my money for the batteries and shipped them then refused to send the inflator even though the inflator was written in black and white on my initial order and the packing slip. A few days after ordering they washed the inflator from my online account like it never existed. Never even sent an email stating that the inflator would not be included with or even after the batteries shipped. Only learned from online forums they weren't shipping the original promo out. Contacted customer service and they were very rude and unapologetic about the situation. Extremely poor ethics and bad business practice. Highly recommend avoiding doing any type of business with Northern Tool. You have been warned.

      Northern Tool is nothing but a bunch of liars. They never sent any notice that the inflator would be omitted from the order and went ahead and processed it anyways against what their policy states. Total unethical company. Avoid doing business with this bait and switch company. My review still stands and they won't do anything to make a mistake on their part right. It is truly unfortunate what Northern Tool has become after spending thousands upon thousands of dollars with them. Not that they care, but I will never ever do business with them again. HIGHLY AVOID NORTHERN TOOL!!!

      The company ran a promotion for the Milwaukke batteries and inflator. I placed the order and they shipped the batteries but failed to ship the inflator. I waited for a month and follow up with them. They stated the inflator was cancelled and an email was sent to me. I checked my email, nothing in the inbox as well as junk folder. If I fail to follow-up, they will con me out of the inflator. I file for a return, and this will be the last time I'm doing business with Northern Tool.

      I tried to buy a tool from these guys and they accused me of being a criminal and a fraud and refused to sell me the tool in the end and said to buy it somewhere else I will never do business with this company again thank God for Amazon
