      To say the LEAST~ DISGUSTED! After attempting to get my slippers for Christmas and paying additional shipping charges to get them before~ I receive them and thesize did not work,( I was advised by *** to order 1 size up as they do not carry 1/2 Sizes, returned them and then was sent wrong the slipper entirely~ then finally I get them, they hurt, and I ask for refund and they tell me i have to pay **** to return just for trying. Total cost to me for their mess will be 35$ in Shipping and over 2 hours total trying to speak to a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!! They could care less how unsatisfied I was as the consumer they would do nothing about their mistakes Or the shipping charges of 35$!! To think this is a ********* based Company and Owner~ listening to Amazing ***** while on HOLD FOR HOURS, to get all the Bible Scriptures in the Product Packaging~ and then to BE TREATED LIKE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BY ANY COMPANY is to say The Least NOT A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF GODLY LOVE AND KINDNESS!!!!!! They will not let you Submit review without checking at least 1 star, THIS IS A 0 *******

      Paid over 90 dollars for poorly constructed slippers, that were not even made in *******. They completely fell apart right after the warranty ran out. I tried contacting the company but was told sorry, nothing they will do about it. DO not waste your money on these slippers. I would rate them a zero star.

      Love *********************** & what he is doing to help our country. I supported My Pillow because of ***********************. I bought my slippers Oct 2021. I wear in colder months only. So might have worn 6 months and never outside. Very comfortable but soles are cracked open. I called customer service. Nothing can be done, over a yr ago. I have bought 2 king ***** sets, 6 sets of towels, & 14 travel pillows. To be ignored even after seeing how much we have purchased is appalling. I will be telling everyone not to purchase slippers from My Pillow. I bought Tote slippers and lasted 5 yrs and cost 3 times less. Very disappointed In My Pillow Co. **************** stinks.

      Great service! LOVE pillows! I have two and sleep with them every night I just bought slippers for me and family members and we are all impressed with the comfort and high quality. I would rather support Made in ******* instead of made in *****.*********************** is a true patriot. Unfair treatment by the BBB.. Makes me question BBB integrity. Is the score because he supports *****? Out of hundred's of millions sold their's a small % of bad reviews. F is wrong unless it stands for FANTASTIC!

      Love ***** pillows and sheets, but the slippers are junk! I bought my my wife a pair less than a year ago and shes never wore them outside, and theyre falling apart. Waste of money for sure! My 1 star is because thats the lowest star rating available!

      Terrible company! I purchased slippers for a gift and they were too big. Had to drive 13 miles to another city to return them because there wasnt a local option. Called for more info and the wait time was 41 minutes. Paid $68.41 for the slippers and they refunded me $43.50. Charged $9.99 processing fee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

      I ordered slippers from My Pillow & paid $67.77 total & they turned out to be too loose. When I called to return the slippers they sent me a prepaid ********** refund would be only $ *****. The break down from my cost was $67.77 minus $13.95 for S&H & $9.98 for the return label. I ended paying for 3 different fees. $13.95 to send, $13.95 & $9.98 to return. A total $36.88 fees. When I called back to question the amount I was told THIS is the WAY THEY DO BUSINESS! I will NEVER do business with them again!

      I have purchased 12 pillows and have been very happy with them. The slippers, not so much. The sole came off of my husbands slippers after 4 months of wear. I reglued them and then the stitching came apart 1 month later. He is back to wearing his discount slippers. I am not a fan of the slippers.

      Ordered the slipper with warm lining and received different style from what was ordered and the lining was a flimsy cotton lining. Also edge of slippers rub against ankle. Not worth the price and do not appreciate misrepresentation of product.
